I booked ticket from thrisur to bangalore. I called many times to get the current status of bus destinations but I didn't get any response when the reached the point. They didn't pick the call or neither they didn't call back. Vehicle was moving without checking whether I moved or not, when I asked why not informing passangers, they replied very rudely and said they didn't get any calls. They were showing very bad manners and behaviour and they started arguing... first of all bus was late for 30 min and they were fighting with us even tho didn't inform us .. Very Bad experience from Sona travels. I am
