Jeeva And Company — Not returning advance money

I have made 12 month contract with Jeeva & Company (owner Mr Venkatesh) Their driver left after working for 5 months but the company is not returning the balance nor answering to the calls ([protected])

We have entered into a contract with M/s jeeva and |Compnay having their office at @ 110/6 Doddabommasandra Vidyaranyapura Main Road, Bangalore 560097 with email [protected]@gmail and tel : [protected]

We have agreed to hire a driver for 12 months by paying 12 mlonths salary in advance to the above company and in return they will provide the driver for 12 months.

The driver started to work for us and every month he complained that he is not getting the salary fromJeeva and Company for which we were not responsible. the driver left us after 5 months duty.

Now the ompany owner of M/s jeeva and company Mr Venkatesh having PAN njumber AHPPR0904C is not replying to calls, emails and never come in contact.

I need hyour help to solve this matter as I am new in Bangalore.
