I had a life time paid membership account ZRTU6355 with jeevansathi but my account has been abruptly suspended by them without any prior intimation which has causing me a lot of personal trauma and embarasment for self and my family. I dont know on what basis or whose complaint they have suspended the account without any proper verificstion. I want to jeevsnsathi to reactivate my account and remove it from banned/ suspension list so that I can pursue my partner search. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

How can jeevansathi delete my profile without prior notification or valid proof. Moreover it is my choice whether I want to pursue further with someone or not. Jeevansathi cant force me to make decision to marry their job is to provide services for which I had paid amount . Moreover all the proofs I had shared with jeebamsathi regarding the misbehavior of the other peraon but you guys are biased just because complaint is raiswd by a girl.
Your cuatomer care was approached when the profile was shut down on email and call as well but you people just dont listen and reply neither on phone
If you will not revoje the suapension or ban then I will seek punitive actions against you and will get your international account banned .
Either you revoke the ban placed on my email and user account or I will puarsue legal action against you.
Twice you had banned my acccount first one was lifetime paid and swco d was free one. Just randomly caliming witbout any proof and banning pwople without any proper noticaficationor redresal mechansim is highly unprofesional on your end.
Do the needful to reactivate my acoount and remove me from banned/ suapw sion list asap else will take lwgal action against you.

No email has been sent to me stating any valid reason with supporting evidence. Just randomly stating and banning paid accounts is highly unprofessional on your end.
Twice you had banned my account (the first was a lifetime membership amount paid in USD and second a free one) without any valid proof or reason. As far as I can recall there has been no violation on my part. When I try to log in it says the account has been temporarily suspended neither you are allowing to register me again.
The site operator Jeevansathi deletes profiles after getting paid for no reason just to make more money and make people pay repeatedly for membership.
If the site does not restore my account or remove my email and phone number from the suspension/banned list I intend to pusue action in a consumer court to seek punitive damages and to block the international operation of the site
