Jeevansathi Internet Services — Complaints regarding refund of money

I had filed earlier complaint regarding suspension of account without prior notice. Also when I asked for the information they gave me the reason I have 11 profiles . First of all it's not 11 profile it's just that I created my profile 11 times when the earlier one was deleted by me . Also I think once the profile is deleted then the creation of new one is the only way to be on this platform . If you guys have problem with creation of profile again you should serve a notice or you could have inbuilt feature in app that doesn't allow it to occur . Why don't you guys just clear this thing at the time when first profile is created . On the top of that you are selling your plans to take money from people . I don't know what kind of calculation you guys do which leads to 11 profile . When there is single profile currently present on your site it should count 1 not 11 . Also if you guys are so much into tracking this thing then you should have provided this information earlier . I don't want my any information to be out there which could lead to anything . I want the refund for the same you shouldn't have deducted money for the plans .
