My id has been removed from jeevansathi while i have provide all details which i have submitted earlier when we had taken plan, now as per jeevansathi team he is saying that violation issue thats why he has removed my id, while i have provided all thing but still he is not able to provide us due to DOB mismatch while in may month same thing happenend so i have called to customer care & then i have received my id after few days, now same thing happenend without my knowledge & team is saying violation.if some one doing whatever thing so what can i do.i have required my id back because this id been few years. so requesting you please do the needful.
