I had bought the 1 month memebership for Jeevansathi. However, what I didn't notice that rather than taking a one time payment (since it was not a recurring membership and there was a specific option to opt for just 1 month) they setup an auto pay. This was my second time paying for a 1 month period and had to manually get it again after the first one expired, I assumed the same would be case. But to my surprise the membership got renewed automatically and money got deducted. They was no transparency about this anywhere on their product or the bills ans emails sent to me. If so, I would have noticed and cancelled before renewal. The customer service is not cooperative either saying I should have gotten the idea from autopay set up. This is fraud as this information has been unintentionally omitted from my view, leaving it to the chance that I notice the unusual auto pay option which wasn't the case the first time around. Also the only way to cancel the membership is through cancellation of auto pay and no where is there an option on the app. The comapny is making sure that consumer make mistakes like this and lose their money but intentionally omitting plan details from payment confirmation emails and invoices, no transparency about membership renewal on product and uncooperative vustomer support.
