[Resolved] Jeevansathi Internet Services — Paid account deletion

I have received an email that my active profile has been deleted, paid plan was also opted for that profile. not sure why and how it has been deleted.
Will request you to kindly restore the profile with paid services. As a customer.
I will request consumer platfor to take the appropriate action against JeevanSathi

After raising the complaint from Consumer forum first company had responded me here in consumer forum then after few days they responded me on the previously open mail thread. After raising complaints in consumer forum JeevanSathi had responded me in both the ways on gmail and consumer forum. I will really appreciate and thank to Consumer Forum. Jeevansathi Mal through which they replied me : [email protected]

I have already drop couple of emails from my mail-Id [protected]@gmail.com, But i didn't get any response.
Please investigate and do the need full, I still don't know why any commercial platform can remove the paid accounts, I thought as a paid customer Jeevansathi platform is committed for hustle free services.

Updated by gshukla380 However the complaint was resolved but i am still not clear why the profile was moved out from the platform.
Anyways, i am marking this complaint as resolved here but it would be good if JeevanSathi shares the meaningful and lawful reason.
