Jeevansathi Internet Services — Regarding not resolving and responding to issue since 1 month

I’ve already complained for not being able to operate my jeevanasathi account it displays you’ve exhausted limits of devices while I’ve not logged in from any devices at present. I bought premium before 20 days and at present my time and money both are getting wasted
And no help Has been received .I’ve tried contacting through other Email od also but same no response received.
