[Resolved] Jeevansathi Internet Services — Upgraded to eAdvantage plan, but refund not provided for eRishta plan

My Jeevansathi profile id is WTRY4507 . I have registered to Jeevansathi website today (19th June 2022) and purchased eRishta plan for Rs. 2300 and Kundli Milan for Rs. 549 . I paid total Rs. 2849 for both of these services. After that I received a call from Jeevansathi customer care executive. He told me about eAdvantage plan which was available at Rs. 3806 and asked me to upgrade from eRishta to eAdvantage. He asked me to pay Rs. 4355 (Rs. 3806 for eAdvantage plan and Rs. 549 for Kundli Milan) and he told me the amount of eRishta plan (Rs.2849) will be refunded to me after upgrading to eAdvantage plan . I have paid Rs.4355 through the link he shared on my registered email id. But after payment, I did not receive any refund of my previous plan. Also when I checked my profile, it is showing as eRishta member, that means I have not been upgraded to eAdvantage plan. I have attached payment receipts of both the plans and also screenshot of my profile which shows eRishta plan is valid till marriage and eAdvantage plan will be valid from 17 January 2120. Please either refund my eRishta amount and upgrade my plan to e Advantage or refund my eAdvantage amount.
