My first experience is not good at all with jeevan sathi,
Based on increasing accepted members as per my new id, i have taken the 3 months membership. By mistake, the old id is activated, which i already inform them to delete.
Today, i have called them several times and request them to just delete the old profile id and activate the service on my new id which i am using. They try to explain to me that you should read the policy carefully before taking membership, it is not possible.
Who is going to read the 1000 lines of policy for 1000 rs. And at the time of taking member ship they try to assure you that we will give you the best service try to solve all the problems of yours, the case will be different after you pay the money they try to explain you the policy terms and conditions.
Worst worst experience with js. Really frustrated after talking to the customer care people.
No one look into this type of matter? Taking money from the customers and not give the service, leave them to suffer make them follow up spend hrs. To talk with customers care executives. Someone should seriously look into this complaints and take corrective actions.
I personally not recommend anyone to join jeevan sathi. I don’t have any experience with other matrimony sites. Hope they are listing to customers.
