I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Jeevanshaadi Matrimony for failing to provide the promised services and refusing to refund the payment made.
On 22 August 2025, I paid Rs. 2950 to Jeevanshaadi Matrimony for access to wedding profiles and personalized support. At the time of purchase, I was assured that the amount was fully refundable if the service did not meet expectations.
Unfortunately, the service was unsatisfactory, and despite multiple follow-ups via phone and email, I have received no response and no refund. My calls are not being answered, and the company has failed to honor its refund policy.
This behavior is unethical and amounts to consumer fraud. I request immediate action to process my refund and hold the company accountable.
