I am writing to follow up on my previous complaint regarding my AC.
The AC was purchased on 30th March 2026 and installed on 5th April 2026. However, the installation was not done properly. The technician did not clamp the wiring correctly, and the wall gap was not sealed properly; instead, cloth was used, which is not acceptable.
Due to this improper installation, the AC is not cooling effectively. Even when the temperature is set to 16°C, the room does not cool sufficiently even after running the AC for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
I also tried using the website as suggested, but I am unable to find a proper option to register my complaint or book a technician appointment.
I request you to please arrange a technician visit at the earliest and resolve both the installation and cooling issues under warranty. Kindly treat this matter as urgent and provide a service request confirmation.
