Jeeves Complete Mobile Protection — motorola phone

I have submitted my phone to jeeves cmp on 16th june 2020 post jeeves verified my complaint and found my issue genuine. My phone is lying with jeeves (Flipkart subsidiary) since more than 3 months and they have only one excuse when i used to enquire about status:
- "we are still waiting for response from concerned team and we will get back to you" on my more than 20 mails to check the status
- when i used to call, they have one ultimate excuse "we will get back to you in next 2-5 business days"

I requested jeeeves team to return my un-repaired handset as my phone have very important data and i need my phone back.

I request your team to kindly take strong action against flipkart and jeeves and force them to return my handset at the earliest.
