I purchased Thomson 43 inch Led tv from flipkart in october 2021 and i have purchased extended warranty on the time of installation. now on august 21st suddenly black screen apear and sound is coming.. i have complained about this to jeeves costumer care and they registered the complaint. they said it will take 10 days approximately.. and suddenly one msg came your extended warranty claim has been cancelled due to customer not responding..
i gaind complained againt about TV again registed complaint... Technician called and came to home taken some photos and updated...after 3 days of technician visit one watsapp msg has came... "Technician visit was completed... Technician will visit againt and replace some parts...that day to this day every day msges coming to extending that date to next date...why they extending date...this is appening multiple times..i am giving some details about jeeves...
