I have been registering complaints for the past two months regarding my MarQ AC through Flipkart, but the issue still remains unresolved.
Every time a complaint is registered, Jeeves assigns a technician, but no proper service has been provided. Out of all the complaints, only two technicians actually visited. They clicked photos of the AC and invoice, gave false assurances that they would return the next day for repair, but never came back. After 1–2 days, the complaint status was marked as **Completed** without any repair work being done.
Apart from those two visits, around 8–10 other technicians were assigned on different complaints, but none of them visited my location. Still, each complaint was falsely marked as **Completed**.
This repeated false closure of service requests is highly unprofessional and amounts to harassment of the customer.
I want to know:
1. What action has been taken against the technicians who falsely closed complaints without visiting?
2. What is the current status of all those complaints?
3. When will my AC be properly repaired or replaced?
4. What accountability will Jeeves take for this repeated negligence and inconvenience caused to me?
