I placed an online order worth ₹649, but the delivery failed due to a "No Service" issue from the company's side. The company then asked me to reorder with an extra charge of ₹70, which I refused. I canceled the order and requested a refund. However, they refunded only ₹579, deducting ₹70 without proper justification.
