I placed an order (#8247) on 23 September 2025 through the website fastrr.com. The order was delivered on 1 October 2025 via Delhivery (Tracking ID: [protected]).
The product ordered was JW OG Manchester United 2007-08 Away Ronaldo Jersey (Half and Embroidery) for ₹639 (₹489 Cash on Delivery pending). However, a wrong jersey was delivered instead of the one shown on the website.
I contacted the seller and the Delhivery agent immediately, sharing the invoice, delivery photo/video, and chat proof, but the delivery agent only provided the tracking ID and then stopped responding.
Despite multiple follow-ups, no replacement or refund has been initiated by either the seller or the courier company.
This is a clear case of wrong delivery and negligence in redressal. I request that the National Consumer Helpline take action against the seller and delivery partner and direct them to provide an immediate replacement or full refund.
