On 26th October'2014, I took a flight from Mumbai to Kolkatta
(06:05am) as per the ticket, i was allowed 45kg of free baggage, but whicle checking in i was allowed only 30kg and the rest was charged to me. I need justification as to why was i not allowed the complete baggage allowance as per the ticket and also need my refund at the earliest.
