[Resolved] Jetmytrip — Refund booking cancellation amount | |||||
Dear sir i was a book a shimla tour packages from jetmy trip and make advance payment as 5000 inr on 31st dec2016 and after booikng i was made partial payment for booking train and air ticket that is rs.110000 on 21st feb2017. So i was made total 115000/- to jet my trip. After payment confirmation mail he told me within two days i will send you train and air ticket voucher but there is no issuing any voucher up to 5-7 days than i was told him if you are not able to sending me my voucher so i want to cancel my packages.. Than after i was cancel my booking on 28th feb2017.. And on 1st may thre was call from jetmytrip he was told me to give my bank detail to refund and told me within 7 days your payment intiated in your account but till end there is no any refund.. After that i was call amit mehta (Tour manager) he told me it should taken 21 working day to refund.. So i was wait more days but than after i contacting to jetmy trip but no any response from them so please help me. Details of company. Jetmytrip Web. Apr 1, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved there is no resolution of my complaints ...and there is no any contactmade to company from last 28th march 2017, i was called lots of but there is no any response from them..so my issue regarding refund of payments still pending...no responding to call or mail
i was contacting to amit mehta'phone (08587962320/8860030289) and mailed on info@jetmytrip, booking@jetmytrip, , but no any response...
