I am writing to file a complaint against JETWEAR Denims (https://jetwear.co.in/) regarding a non-delivery of a prepaid order.

Payment: Paid online at the time of purchase

Despite my payment being confirmed and the order status showing as confirmed, I have not received my order even after more than a month has passed. I have made multiple phone calls and sent messages to the company, but I have received no proper response or resolution.
This lack of response and delay in delivery constitutes poor customer service and breach of trust. It appears to be a case of fraudulent e-commerce practices.
Relief Sought:
Immediate delivery of the jeans I ordered, or full refund of the amount paid
