[Resolved]  Lakshmi Gold Palace — Beware. Cheats.

I had purchased a gold in december 2012 at lakshmi gold khazaanaa at Sampige road, malleswaram, Bangalore.when i was purchasing they gave us a very good service after that sales advisor told us about monthly saving scheme so we agreed for 5000/- monthly scheme .i was paying them regularly in the month of june i had been to outstation so i couldn't pay the amount that month.when i went in july to the shop and paid the amount they took both the installment after that i was regularly paying them and 30th of september around 8.15 pm i went to pay my 10th month payment it was allmost closed one of the excutive told me to pay it tommarrow then i told him that it was last day he told no issue u can pay it us by tommarrow i just returned back. today ie on[protected] at 7 pm i went to pay the payment surprisingly the lady told me we cannot take 2 installment.i asked her to introduce her manager so that i could resolve the issue she told me to go to ground floor when i went their i met one MR.PRASAD whom i asked i want to meet manager he asked me the matter so ijust explained him he told that we have allready given u a chance I asked him what chance u have given me sir i have nt taken any loans for that he says u have allready defaulted 1 emi and we have given u an excuse for that i was ireitated and told him sir u have nt given me any loans pls donot talk like that suddenly he raised his voice and told me u dont tell me that finally i asked him to introduce his manager to me for that he told me he has gone out for tiffin u can wait he never offfered me a chair to sit i waited for 10 minus and asked him to atleast call him over the phone all of sudden a person came from a side i think he is a rowdey for lakshmi gold palace what is the matter again i explained him he cooly told if we take the payment i should explain to my auditors why should i take that headache. i told is this the way to talk to customer for that the answer i got is dont argue with us with loud voice then i had come out with any solution and with the name defaulter with out taking any loans. my only concern is this the way to speak and behave with the customers he could have just introduced his manager or he could have just explained me the terms politely.If lakshmi gold palace has made a name today is only because of word of mouth if it continus same word of mouth will spoill there name .

Lakshmi Gold Palace Mangalore are fit for nothing!!! There is no value for the customers. Only meant to mint money & are not willing to serve the customers with what they are willing to buy.. They refused to show silver item even though i had purchased gold item. They did not wanted to run silver business on selected items like toe ring whereas, they were showing rest other big amount silver items. THIS SHOW SHOULD NOT GET THE LISENCE TO RUN THIER BUSINESS. Staffs seems to be puppets dancing on Managers beats & are not willing to co-ordinate & serve people on their needs.

Staffs were standing idle however, they were not ready to attend customers... THEY WERE SIMPLY ACTING BUSY!!

We had been to Lakshmi Gold Palace (Mangalore) to purchase a Men’s finger ring. It was a worst experience I got in Mangalore jewel shop. The employees who work there, does not have customer service at all. We need to purchase gold according to employee’s interest & not ours. My husband & I kept on telling them that we need some other paten of rings, but the employee (He) did not even bother to display some rings in front o[censored]s. He had displays only 4 to 5 finger rings & not more than that. If there is no collection of rings, he could have told us, rather he was forcing to purchase the ring that he liked. He did not even bother to listen what we wanted. What the customer service “Lakshmi Gold Palace” gave to their employees?

If there is no collection of gold, then please remove the WORD “PALACE”.

Beware of Lakshmi Gold Palace - staff is highly unprofessional. They don’t have human values, they don’t even know how to respect people. We went to buy Gold on 16th June 2018, staff cheated us by showing defective item. Infact, we ended up with paying penalty for doing nothing. It’s our hard earned money, they should definitely get penalised for this. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. They will show u defective item and put that blame on customers saying u did this damage. They behave like rowdy’s and collect penalties from us. Highly ridiculous people!

Staff members at Lakshmi gold palace are so rude that they say "Enu Kitakakagalla nam atra naav heldange neevu kelbeku, nam boss ge heludre aste" Threatening and rowdyism by managers.

Really ashamed looting in the name of GOD

I request all the people in Bengaluru not to visit Lakshmi Gold palace.
First thing is everyday there will be hundreds of people fighting for their claims
Staff behave like goons
No good collections
showcase is blank no ornaments
silk sarees floor always vacant without customers
Do not lose your money investing lgp gold scheme, check reviews in just dial, google, magicpin etc, everywhere you can see negative reviews, the curse of customers will have to haunt the staff members, they will realize when their family members will go through tough times
