I am ABHISHEK RAJ my four wheeler car parking a wrong Parking area but Dhanbad traffic police SARAIDHELA steel gate chowk issue a wrong Parking and also issue a under age u/s 181 act challan and MV ACT 1988. BUT MY FAULT IS WRONG PARKING. WHY issue a three act with my car.
