Complaint agains The Bohemian Store on Instagram - No updates on my order even after the promised 10–14 working days.
My valid inquiry was ignored and even mocked by them, they insulted me and rudely made fun of me for inquiring about my order and then stopped responding to me.
This is not just unprofessional — it violates basic consumer rights.
If I don’t get a response soon, I’ll be reporting them to the cyber crime cell and consumer court.
