I booked for Jim Corbert National Park tickets on 11th May'25.
As per their refund and cancellation policy point number 6 (mentioned on their website ) refund is applicable if entry is disrupted due to factors beyond CTR control. I made all necessary arrangements, including car rental, Hotel bookings and train travel. However, due to the high alert issued in UP travelling to the location became nearly impossible because of the riots going on at different locations in the route and and therefore, we restricted our movement for safety concerns.
