[Resolved]  Jindal India Thermal Power Ltd. — Harassing me since 1st august & not giving my dues

Dear Sir(s),

I want to draw your kind attention towards how Jindal India Thermal Power Ltd's (at Derang Village, Kaniha, Talcher, Odisha) management is harassing me since 31st July 2014.

- They hold my salary of previous month i.e. July 2014
- They are not responding to my calls. Whenever they pick the call, they force me to resign from my service so that I can enter the plant premises to do my full and final process.
- Security of your company is not allowing me to enter into the plant premises since 1 August 2014 to attend my duty without assigning any reason. Whenever i try to enter, security men forcibly obstruct me & misbehave me. When i tried to call HR Dept, they do not respond to my calls. Hence not allowing me to give my attendance on the register/punching machine.
- They are not doing to this only with me. They do this harassment to several other employees also & pressurize them to resign with immediate effect.
- Also they don’t give 3 month’s salary of notice period as mentioned in the Joining letters of employees. Instead they only give one month’s basic pay only by force.
- They threatened employees if they don’t give resignation, they will terminate them & ruin their career.
- They majorly target all Odiya employee those are resident of Odisha.

Dear Sirs,
I want to ask which type of management is this?? Regarding this termination, no Information has been given, shared or informed to me in any of the time in my service period of 2 years 2 months. Neither any letter or notice in this regard also issued to me ever, nor have I agreed or signed any document regarding this. So how can a management can harass employees like this illegal manner.

I am going through a tremendous mental pressure as my financial condition is not good enough to feed a dependent family of five.

Also, I am requesting them to allow me to continue my service at their organisation with regular paid monthly salaries as per our mutually agreed terms and conditions in the appointment letter. If they will terminate me then give me in writing & clear all my dues like “Salary for month of July+Next 3 Months full salary+medical+bonus till date+others” if any as per terms and conditions mentioned in my appointment letter.

Otherwise with a heavy heart i will have to take this matter to Honorable "Assistant labor commissioner" very soon & will also approach to Local Media for help.

- They restrict my entry into the plant premises. Security of your company is not allowing me to enter into the plant premises since 1 August 2014 to attend my duty without assigning any reason. Whenever I try to enter, security men forcibly obstruct me & misbehave me.
- When I tried to call HR Dept, about this “NO-ENTRY” they force me to resign from my service only after which I can enter the plant to do my full and final process.
- They continuously mentally harassing me over phone to give resignation.
- They are not doing to this only with me. They do this harassment to several other employees also & pressurize them to resign with immediate effect.
- They threatened employees if they don’t give resignation, they will terminate them & ruin their career.
