I registered a compliant against jio fiber on[protected].
Issue with JIO broadband and poor customer support..And I am not able access some websites . eg. https://raw.githubusercontent.com, https://vscode.dev/.
Service engineer after a lot effort service engineer came to my home and they are not provided solution. Also they asked me to provide to give otp for issue issue resolved . I am not provided OTP, because issue not resolved . After some some time I got message from Jio that I am rescheduled engineer vist. I contacted custmercare again and they scheduled another visit. but Issue not resolved.
I send mails again again. After some time they closed my complaint .and created new service request.
Old service request is closed with status of issue solved.
After sending some mail they are told me that . The website is blocked as per DOT . I replied them to give proper reason or rule behind this. Because, these websites is available from jio mobile and other networks.
They are not resolved my issue.Also they are fooling customers with re routing complaints.
As I am programmer . these websites are very essential for me. As JIo not provided proper service I need my hard earned money back.
