They contact me asking about personal loan requirement at 5 per cent interest per annum. First I ignored, but I need some mony so agree. Then they asked me to share my documents like addhar and pan voter like ac no. that... After all they asked me about loan money and prepare loan documents and request me to pay insurance amount 3890 rs . After paying instantly they send all documents to my WhatsApp number and asked me to wait for bank call . After a few minutes I received a call from Yes Bank and confirm my AC deatils . After that he asked me to update nomination details and for that asked me to pay 6300 which refundable amount. I was discussed with future care company and said all about and they also asked me to pay that money. After paid that again I received a call from Yes Bank and he said that he is from Yes Bank account Dept and ask me to pay the GST amount 4% which is 28000.I discuss previous future care authority and they tell me that after inquiry they informed me After a few minutes they ask me to pay that 4 per cent GST amount.I Said that I'm unable to pay. They asked me to pay just 5000 and other amount pay by company and after credit I should return.After four days later I agreed to pay and paid that 5000.After that they shared GST payment receipt and asked me to wait for bank call. Few minutes later I received a call and tell me that he is from Yes Bank and going to transfer my loan and refundable total money Rs740800 and for confirmation he was paid one rupees into my account from Pinku Mahanta's UPI. I informed with company (previous future care authority) and again later received call from Yes Bank same person, he said that he was not able to pay whole money one time due to updation limit. For updation limit he asked me to pay that money and inform him and send me the bank transaction faild received. Again I contacted with previous future care authority person and tell them. She informed me that she discuss with her Boss and inform me. A few minutes later she informed me that you should pay no any other option.. I requested her to pay in favour of me and I will return with previous paid GST amount. But she disagree and said me to write the cancellation letter to the manager future care and said to sent this previous whatsapp no. and also said me that you should pay cancellation charges. It will take 90 to 120 days to return my money. Till now I paid 15190 (Insurance amount=3890+Nomination charge=6300+GST 5000). PLEASE help me to return my money back. They provided loan Application no. GU157F88642C, File No.GU277452K8. They also provide me a personal account opening agreement with jio future care filled form in a 5000 non judiciary Department of consumer of India page where all written about loan. At last provide me GST invoice where written GST No. is GSTIN : 27AABDI6567G1ET and invoice no is 0125680 date 13/01/2022.please help me to return my money back as soon as possible.
