The company delivery service is pathetic.
* No contact numbers?
* No person to person talk, to
resolve the issue?
* No customer is interested to
waste their time to talk to Chat
Bot or Voice bot?
* The company is heading towards
collapse of customer service.
The order that was to be delivered in 10 minutes under the "QUICK" was not delivered as per the scheduled time (07:40 PM 17/09/2026) it never got delivered. On submitting a ticket it takes two days to be delivered. I attach the screenshot of the App for your immediate action.
Raise a Support ticket then keep waiting for two days... Is it how Reliance wants to be on top?
Shame on the Management.
