I have order Alexa Device from Jio Mart and I have Received Alexa on 20th Sep as i checked this device not working nor reply our voice only blink blue light. So I decided to return the same. Same day on 20th Sep I raised a return request and also shared pictures and V clips. But it Was cancelled the next day without any notifications. So I call Jio mart care he said that mail us @ [protected]@jiomart.com for solution or contact Amazon care.
So i said them I want to say that I purchased this device from jio mart so why i call Amazon care. i request you to please raise a return request and pickup this device because the App return option is not reflected.
