Jio Mobile Network — not giving credit on first recharge.

I had ported my number to jio and i did first recharge online with rs. 153 but my number was not activated. When i contacted customer care they informed that this can work only when this sim is used in jio mobile set. I informed that i am not using jio mobile set and i requested to give credit after deducting some penalty but they refused and told that this amount can neither be credit to you nor can be refunded. I request you to kindly instruct the company to give credit and not grab the hard earned money of an ordinary customer. I also suggest that either system should not permit recharge under the scheme when customer is not using jio mobile set or flash message that this recharge will work only on jio mobile set.
I request you to instruct the company to credit the amount against my account or refund the amount.
