Jio Phone — jio dongle

Ihave purchased a jio dongle and using it in my pc for internet. Suddenly stopped and unable to get net connection from[protected] to[protected].
Contacted and went personally to one opf the distributor and also company out let at gudalur, nilgiris, tn none of the techinician is unable to findout the fault why it is not possible to get net connected. Two of the jio tenichians visited my office and tested everything and said that there is some problem to my pc
This was going on for 6 days and i am suffering without net connection. Finally my techniician found out that the problem is with the cable and not with the pc. I am well within the period of warranty and gurantee. When i asked the local office of jio s. Prabhakaran deputy executive jio point cell no.[protected] he said that only the dongle has got warantee and not the connecting cable. The connecting cable was given with the dongle and not seperately. So the cable also comes under warantee / gurantee. The irresonsible reply and checking of the dongle and made to suffer for 6 days without net connection is proves the irresponsiblity of the staff and also, the band and worst service and deficiency in service. Now where in the brouchere with the dongle says that only the dongle is guranteed and not the connecting cable, that is also supplied with the dongle in the same box. Please look into and advbise your staff to replace the cable within 3 days, otherwise the matter will be taken with consumer redressel form. Thanks xavier jio no. [protected] mail.
