My name is deep deb and a resident of lumparing newcolony shillong. I complaint many times for the poor network and because of that i cant use internet or call anyone properly and ultimately wastage of money recharging of 400 rupees every month and now i think its better to choose other server as its just irritating and tiring calling everytime and not being solved and never being taken a strong action and on behalf of all the residents are facing the same problems aswell. So i kindly request you to atleast do somthng for the network coverage or better to say that you can't do anythng so i can switch to another because i cant waste my money anymore fir this poor service quality. And i cant bear anymore.
