I am order whirpool washing machine 31 jan 2023

i am receive my order 2nd fab & installation team come than found produt (whirpool washing machine) is defective (not working properly)

so that i am raise retun requst 2nd fab (same day delivery) after two days not any update so i am mail regarding this & also call to jio mart customer care but not any response only say wait for 4 day's back end team contact you

after 4 day's still not solve this issue so i am again call customer call center & again mail regarding this

after that i am daily call & send a mail daily but no one positive response & no one follow & no one support

so day to day i call so at last customers care educative my call disconnect not support (only say wait for our back end team follow

i am send total mail more than 20 plus and call to executive more than 10 plus but still not any response

i am request to you please help

please collect this defective product and refund my money as soon as possible

at last i am say i am very disporting & irritated

where is you're back end team????

when you collect this defective piece & retun my money...?????

      I placed an order on 25th Jan, and the estimated delivery date was 3rd February. It is showing shipped in the app on 3rd Feb. And today is 9th Feb and I still today I have not received the product.

      I even called Jo Mart's customer care, but they didn't provide a proper response or update about the order. They say that they'll take your complaint and within 24-48 hours it will get resolved, but it has been more than 14 days since I placed the order. Customer care executives are being very irresponsible they don't even know the status of the order, they say that you need to wait, and you'll get your order as soon as possible. There is no accurate information on why the order is getting delayed. Despite calling them to 5-7 times, I'm totally fed up with their response. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.

          Not received refund of dated 22january2023 having order id[protected]city Surat)not given product nor refund till now to my original mode of payment and jiomart says wrongly refund done but i don't achieved, i complaint manytime with jiomart regularly daily, i also sayor buy email that I go to complaint with consumer forum but not credited till now and my bank statement forwarded also, i want with panalty plus refund, sir. thanks.

            Hi. I purchased prestige juicer on Republic day sale 2023. Come to think of it, there is no price difference during and after sale. Anyways, coming back to topic, the prestige juicer didn't even switch on after unboxing. I raised the return request on the very same day. They denied the return request directing me to Prestige service centre. I felt cheated as they delivered a non functioning product and refused to take a return.
            Another relevant thing to mention here is that, while buying the product page stated- 7 day return qualified. And I submitted the return request on the very same day of delivery.

              Jio Mart - Order delayed and no proper response/order update from Jio Mart

              I placed an order on 25th Jan, the estimated delivery date was 30th Jan. It is showing shipped in the app since 28Jan And today is 3rd Feb and still today i have not received the product.
              I even called Jo Mart's customer care, they don't provide proper response or update about the order. They say that they'll take your complaint and within 24-48 hours it will get resolved, but it has been more than 7 days since I placed the order....

              One day delivery guys call me at 9 in the morning to deliver the item
              I was not at office so i asked him to put it in the office cupboard outside the office
              He asked me for deliver pincode and i gave him
              I trusted him that he will not do scam
              When i went office and checked the cupboard there was nothing
              I called that guy he didnt pick up my call
              i called him 10 to 12 times
              I trust to reach him for next 4to 5 days but no response at all. Not even customer care is helpful
              I call in care for 7 8 times
              Everytime they told me wait for 2 days and nothing happens
              Please do needful
              I have attached the delivery guys number as well. It is more than 2 months and it is still unresolved. It is very unprofessional and shamefu.

                      this purchase was made on the 15th of Jan .
                      After a 7 day wait and waiting for multiple 48 Hrs and added 24 Hrs . this is the only response i get from the customer support and the leadership.
                      From the reviews and the consumers i see this is not the first time this problem has occured.

                        FRAUD :: Refund has not been processed of 3 of my items, even after 30 days of return. Customer service, even after escalating to the last escalation matrix, has FAILED. Every time i call, they reply with "this will be resolved asap" or "you will get an update in 24-48 hours" and multiple such 24-48 hours has passed without any sort o[censored]pdate. Leave alone refund.

                          I bought a fan with jio mart. Only next day of delivery I fixed found not working. They gave 7 days to return the product

                          . I Couldn't make return with their application. I sent mail and called them. They promissory to resolve within 48 hours . After 4 days they ask me to take service center . Shocked

                            I bought a mouse which is defective. So file a return request. I got a call from jiomart. The lady said she rejected my return request as jiomart is not responsible for this return. And I have to go to some product brand office for 99 rs. I told her to return and refund. So she hang up the call. Very rude behavior. Very unprofessional behavior from jio mart.
                            KINDLY TAKE IT BACK THIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND RETURN MY MONEY. OTHERWISE I WILL COMPLAIN TO CONSUMER COURT. VERY RUDE PEOPLE.

                                    I ordered 2 of track pants from jio mart on 20 Dec 2022. They delivered it on 22 Dec 2022 and placed my return on 22/Dec/2023
                                    My return didn't get picked up by them till now. I have raised so many complaints against it still no resolution
                                    Whenever I call they used to say within 3days it will get picked up
                                    Please resolve my issue and file a complaint against jio mart
