Jio Mart - Order delayed and no proper response/order update from Jio Mart

I placed an order on 25th Jan, the estimated delivery date was 30th Jan. It is showing shipped in the app since 28Jan And today is 3rd Feb and still today i have not received the product.
I even called Jo Mart's customer care, they don't provide proper response or update about the order. They say that they'll take your complaint and within 24-48 hours it will get resolved, but it has been more than 7 days since I placed the order....

Hi

I gave my office address as my delivery address
One day delivery guys call me at 9 in the morning to deliver the item
I was not at office so i asked him to put it in the office cupboard outside the office
He asked me for deliver pincode and i gave him
I trusted him that he will not do scam
When i went office and checked the cupboard there was nothing
I called that guy he didnt pick up my call
i called him 10 to 12 times
I trust to reach him for next 4to 5 days but no response at all. Not even customer care is helpful
I call in care for 7 8 times
Everytime they told me wait for 2 days and nothing happens
Please do needful
I have attached the delivery guys number as well. It is more than 2 months and it is still unresolved. It is very unprofessional and shamefu.

          Hi,
          this purchase was made on the 15th of Jan .
          After a 7 day wait and waiting for multiple 48 Hrs and added 24 Hrs . this is the only response i get from the customer support and the leadership.
          From the reviews and the consumers i see this is not the first time this problem has occured.
          I hope for a speedy response from this .
          Really dissapointed with the experience with your services .

            FRAUD :: Refund has not been processed of 3 of my items, even after 30 days of return. Customer service, even after escalating to the last escalation matrix, has FAILED. Every time i call, they reply with "this will be resolved asap" or "you will get an update in 24-48 hours" and multiple such 24-48 hours has passed without any sort o[censored]pdate. Leave alone refund.

              I bought a fan with jio mart. Only next day of delivery I fixed found not working. They gave 7 days to return the product

              . I Couldn't make return with their application. I sent mail and called them. They promissory to resolve within 48 hours . After 4 days they ask me to take service center . Shocked

                I bought a mouse which is defective. So file a return request. I got a call from jiomart. The lady said she rejected my return request as jiomart is not responsible for this return. And I have to go to some product brand office for 99 rs. I told her to return and refund. So she hang up the call. Very rude behavior. Very unprofessional behavior from jio mart.
                KINDLY TAKE IT BACK THIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND RETURN MY MONEY. OTHERWISE I WILL COMPLAIN TO CONSUMER COURT. VERY RUDE PEOPLE.

                  Non delivery of the material and saying address not traceable.
                  Kindly do the needful.
                  If your vendor is not able to fulfill the order you may cancel the order and refund the amount.

                  Jiomart is really every useless. I request all future customer don't trust jiomart.
                  In case, any body is interested to buy from jiomart buy on COD basis.

                      My case is also similar to your case. Don't trust jiomart in future. Always place order on COD basis.

                        I ordered 2 of track pants from jio mart on 20 Dec 2022. They delivered it on 22 Dec 2022 and placed my return on 22/Dec/2023
                        My return didn't get picked up by them till now. I have raised so many complaints against it still no resolution
                        Whenever I call they used to say within 3days it will get picked up
                        Please resolve my issue and file a complaint against jio mart

                            Jio Mart

                            This is in reference to our complaint, against Jio Mart, for supplying after shave lotion bottle found half empty.
                            We got a call from Jio Mart customer care, promising to replace defective bottle which the proper bottle in 24 hour. Nothing happened. Nobody came to replace the bottle.
                            We made a call and emailed to them, again they promised to replace the bottle positively in the next 24 hours. But again their promise proved to be fake and fui tile.
                            So what we shall have to construe?
                            First Jio Mall will supply defective product and then we have to waste hello of time, face hell of trauma, and what they provide in return- fake promises and harassment. Repeatedly following such illegal practice, constraining us to take up them to consumer court where they would face heavy penalty and reimbursement.

                                  I have ordered my phone on 21st of january and they still havent delivered it despite the delivery date being 23rd of january. Everyday the delivery date keeps changing by a day, the delivery service is extremely poor and i have received no message from the company claiming responsibility for such a long delay

                                    I Dear Team,

                                    I have ordered 2 product from jio mart on 24th December 2022. I have received both different product as per specifications and also that product's seal was opened so I have raised immediately return. I have provided all screenshots to cs support team and cshead support team over a mail. I have taken multiple follow up with team during this 1 month of period and after a month they have closed complaint without any justification.

                                    I ordering product from jio mart since 2021 but due to this single incident I feel cheated by jio mart. Now how can i trust jio mart to order something from jio mart.

                                    I have both product which i have received in origin condition please initiate for cross verification.

                                    I think this kind of issues other customers are also facing but due to limited knowledge they are not doing anything and if you have observed such kind of action then please rectify from your end and do the needful to the customer.
