The order for a Beco Bake and Wrap Eco Friendly Unbleached Paper Roll 20m was placed from my wife's (Akanksha) jio Mart account, on Oct 1st, 2022 the same was supposed to be delivered on Oct 5th, 2022. When the order wasn't delivered we called the Jio Mart customer service team and we're told that it should be delivered in some time and we will have to wait. They denied, stating that as the product is in shipped status they can't cancel it. After waiting for so long today (Oct 17th, 2022) I called them again and spoke to Sachin who was unable to provide the solution and stated the same thing that we were told on Oct 5th; hence I asked for a manager. Call was transferred to Sanjay on escalation desk and he also gave us the same answer. When I checked with him the reason for the delay the 2 time in 2 consecutive months (as the same thing with the same product happened in the last order) he didn't had a clue about it. He said the delay is on their delivery partner's end as they are delivering the order from Jhajjar, Haryana, which was quite ridiculous as even the order that's being delivered from Bengaluru, Karnataka doesn't take this much time.
I am from a middle class family and have limited income. My money is stuck in this product and because of which I am not able to purchase it from any other vendor as well. I had to pack my lunch in tissue papers and news papers, which is not only unhealthy but it causes me a great humiliation when I open my lunch in front of my peers. I have been avoiding to carry a tiffin to work since then. When I checked who will be held accountable for the inconveniences caused to me because of this delay and what should be the compensation, I was denied for help for manager for cancellation for credit for refund. It seemed like my money is not mine and as if I was talking to a well organised Mafia who can take your money without your consent and you have to abide by their rules if you want your money. I want a resolution about this.

Updated by Rpaul777 No update from jiomart till date. Product yet not delivered neither have they refunded my money. Everyday I have to chase for my own money and the embarrassment, frustration is on another level now.
