I ordered from Jio Mart on 30/8/22 i pay prepaid 262 rupees for that product online they did not delivered to me 6/9/22 delivery date got crossed even no delivery calls i get so i called customer care they said maybe some issue happened product will be returned automatically and we will give you your refund money Rs. 262 with in 7 days now its 20/10/22 still i don't get my refund they just everytime saying please wait. why they take to much time product got returned 15/9/22 i can see that status also still they not refund my money today is 20/10/22 they are saying please wait why should I wait so long more 1 month over

    I placed prepaid order on jio mart on 14 th oct 2022, and order id is[protected]A, expected delivery was on 17th oct 2022 then it automatically changed to 20th oct then I called customer care they said your product will be delivered on 20th oct, now status on their app changed to 21 oct how can i get my order delivered

        Expired product delivered by Jiomart

        I have a serious issue with Jiomart, i received expired products, on 13 Oct 2022, same day i called customer care and raised first complain which is closed without solution, I have provided picture of expired products in the complain as proof, i raised second complain which is closed with due to duplicate issue, then i raised third complain on 17 Oct and still it is pending, On 18 Oct i have escalated to Level-2: CS Head but still it is not...

        Iphone 12 Purple 128GB variant was ordered by me on 15th October 2022. I paid Rupees 47779/- by Credit card EMI of 6 months. Delivery date was promised as 17th October 2022 but JIOMART is daily changing the delivery date and extending it by one day without notifying me. They have changed the date 3 times by now. I called customer care several times but they are very rude and they do not answer my questions. I want to travel out of town with family tomorrow but because of Non-delivery I have to stay back and cancel travel plans. Iphone 12 purple 128 GB is still in stock on JIOMART so there is no excuse of not delivering my order.
        please get this delivered by today or share the exact delivery date as well as reason for not delivering my product Otherwise I am going to report it to International media like USA, UK etc.

          I ordered item from Jiomart on 30th September 2022 and cancelled it on 3rd October. Still now I didn't get any refund and HDFC is charging the EMI.

              I am writing to you regarding the order I have placed on October 4 in Jio mart app. The order is still not delivered and I don’t have any updates from app, it shows shipped and delivery date is moved from oct 5 to 7 to 11 to 12 to 13 to 14 to 15 to 16 to 18 as on today.

              I don’t get much response or happy with updates from level 1 support. I have reached to chat support 4 times so far and I get standard responses that we can’t track the shipped product and will be delivered today. I have raised a complaint on the same and no update on it so far.

                The order for a Beco Bake and Wrap Eco Friendly Unbleached Paper Roll 20m was placed from my wife's (Akanksha) jio Mart account, on Oct 1st, 2022 the same was supposed to be delivered on Oct 5th, 2022. When the order wasn't delivered we called the Jio Mart customer service team and we're told that it should be delivered in some time and we will have to wait. They denied, stating that as the product is in shipped status they can't cancel it. After waiting for so long today (Oct 17th, 2022) I called them again and spoke to Sachin who was unable to provide the solution and stated the same thing that we were told on Oct 5th; hence I asked for a manager. Call was transferred to Sanjay on escalation desk and he also gave us the same answer. When I checked with him the reason for the delay the 2 time in 2 consecutive months (as the same thing with the same product happened in the last order) he didn't had a clue about it. He said the delay is on their delivery partner's end as they are delivering the order from Jhajjar, Haryana, which was quite ridiculous as even the order that's being delivered from Bengaluru, Karnataka doesn't take this much time.

                I am from a middle class family and have limited income. My money is stuck in this product and because of which I am not able to purchase it from any other vendor as well. I had to pack my lunch in tissue papers and news papers, which is not only unhealthy but it causes me a great humiliation when I open my lunch in front of my peers. I have been avoiding to carry a tiffin to work since then. When I checked who will be held accountable for the inconveniences caused to me because of this delay and what should be the compensation, I was denied for help for manager for cancellation for credit for refund. It seemed like my money is not mine and as if I was talking to a well organised Mafia who can take your money without your consent and you have to abide by their rules if you want your money. I want a resolution about this.

                No update from jiomart till date. Product yet not delivered neither have they refunded my money. Everyday I have to chase for my own money and the embarrassment, frustration is on another level now.
                No update on the complaint yet. Today is Oct 18th. Order is delayed for more than 13 days now. Please help me to resolve this.

                    I have been following up for the last 10 days and now I am really irritated, as no person is giving me any solution but just shifting responsibility from one team to another.
                    Please initiate the refund, as it is more than 10 working days now.

                          I have order redmi active 9 mobile from jio mart on 1st Oct 2022. My amount has been deducted but order was declined automatically.
                          I called service centre 4 to 5 times but everytime I am getting different answer but no refund yet from there side.

                            It was ridiculous that jio mart failed to deliver my ordered item on time and didn't disclose the reason behind it. But, the expected arrival date changed day by day without a valid reason. First of all the expected arrival date was 10th October but now it is 14th October.
                            It was my horrible experience for online shopping from Jio Mart. They have to clarify why you failed to deliver my ordered item. The unwillingness to resolve the matter make me unhappy and this ecommerce store create a lot of harassment to deliver me ordered item. I will surely in a position of no mercy and never buy any articles from this ecommerce store and convey my worst experience to my contacts.

                              Order delayed

                              I ordered an electronic item from jiomart on 3rd October through online payment(₹7999). The estimated delivery date was on 4th october. Till now I haven't received the product. The order delivery status is changing day by day. I raised many complaints by 6th October onwards.I'm calling the customer care everyday and asking for order status. They are saying they can't give a confirmation on the order date. They are not giving any reason...

                              Guys,

                              I have been purshed one pant from jiomart on 22 sep. When i was opened my parcel.. It was torn.. Then i have raised request instant in 23 sep but today its 12 oct but still they didn't provide any solution.Many times they called us and ask for 48 hours to solve the issue but no one wants to solve the issue.. Now i got frustrated with jio mart service.. Its worst service ever.. Guys i am warning.. Dont do shopping with jiomart..
