I am unable to login to the app.

I have tried to raise multiple complaints with your CS team but haven't received any response yet.

    I order one plus Nord ce 2 lite 5g AND show offers save1000 but USER CODE-SAVE1000 NOT USE AFTER PAYMENT and my payment is cut 18499 and my order is declined. Order date is[protected] application shown (If your card/account has been debited, it would be refunded within 7 days. But 10 days over my amount is not received.

      I received a bad quality product and created a complaint and requested for a replacement. But though following it up multiple times I did not get a replacement, but the ticket was closed without providing me my replacement.

      Again I called the customer care, they asked me to create another ticket and promised this time it will be resolved, But still no luck nobody even bothered to check if this is resolved. But When I called the customer care now they said the ticket has been closed. Again this time without a resolution.

      Now again the customer care executive is asking to create one more complaint which he says will be resolved this time. Which I have already done. Not sure what will be scenario this time. Hopefully it will get resolved soon.

      But the current process that you have is seriously bad and makes me feel like stop using JioMart, though I used to like using it before, now because of this I have to stop and spread the problem I faced everywhere so that people are aware how bad the customer service is.

        Regarding Refund 2199-/ order id[protected]A...
        My product pickup person mobile number is[protected]. This person checks the product for 15 minutes. After checking and talking to his senior, he picks up and takes him away. After very long time wait not any response.I called coustmer care many times. But they are not getting any satisfactory answer. It's been more than 1 month since the product was picked up. I haven't received my refund yet

        I return this product under 7days return policy but after 2month not respons. After 2month i not received product and refund.
        This is a electronic items. 2months not use this product then battery is automatically dead.

                I had placed an order on 7th July 2022 or two items maggie and gulaab filtered groundnut oil out of which I received the packet of maggie but oil was cancelled by jiomart itself on technical grounds without alerting me. I had placed a call on 18thJuly seeking for refunds but was told that I will get my refund by 21st July as the 7 days cycle will be completed. After calling them for weeks today on 27th July I still haven't received my refund. Every time the customer executive assures me that within 24hours the matter will be resolved and refund will be initiated but till now I haven't received the refund.

                  I placed a order in www.jiomart.com for "Samsung Galaxy M52 128 GB, 8 GB RAM Blazing Black, Mobile Phone" on July 18. Its supposed to be arrived on July 23 but still I haven't received it. Also I'm not getting proper response from Jio even though I raised a complaint.

I received only 1 item on 6th July and delivery bpy confirmed that Jio will refund the money for missing item. However, it has been 20 days and I have called/mailed/complained to Jio multiple times, but they do not act on it.

                            Suddenly order showing delivered but no delivery.
                            cust care told otp has been shared but I have not. Its clear fraud.

                            Can you ask which delivery boy delivered order and with whom I shared DELIVERY CODE.

                            I need my money back. I will not pay for fraud done by your delivery boy.

                              As I buy product britainia nutrifiber buiscuit 1kg from jio mart online they show mrp 220 and after 30 rs discount 190 they had given
                              But the product actual mrp is 199 when I recived it and I check on it. So it means jio mart shown wrong mrp and showing heavy discount and playing with our sentiment. This very wrong jio mart is doing . I have screen shot of online product with written wrong mrp .please take action as per this on showing wrong mrp and misguiding people by showing big discount

                                I had ordered one mobile phone thru jio mart dt. 06.07.2022 amt of Rs.10999/- with the Transaction ID of [protected](ICICI NET BANKING). At the time my order has been declined but my amt of Rs.10999/-debited. Till date my refund amt not credited to my account. 6th July 2022 onwards till date I've communicated all the jio customer care no and mails also. They said ur refund amt initiated on 16.07.2022. But today 22.07.2022 I received the mail from jio mart ur query has been resolved. But still I'm not getting my amt of Rs.10999/- in my account. Anybody kindly help me to refund my amt immediately.

                                  I placed a prepaid order on 18th June. On 28th June, the order was cancelled after continually postponing the delivery. I wanted for refund for 7 working days. They did not refund. So i started raising complaints in all possible forums. All they gave is 48 hours turn around time. But no request is resolved as of 21 July.

                                    I have ordered Protein Power of 2kg worth of 5000/- on 1st July via Jiomart.
                                    Initially it was mentioned it will deliver by 9th but It got delivered on 5th July.
                                    But when i open the box I found inside only paper card board no Protein box. So Immediately I escalate to customer care and got reply that we will refund your money within 15days. Now its almost 20days and Jiomart informing your packet delivered without any tampering so we cant do anything. I used to order through Amazon this time thought let me try via Jiomart but very worst experience. No support from jiomart response is slow and worst.
