    Drar Sir,

    With reference to training, mails jiomart not called and not provided the resolution

    I would like to bring to your notice that I have raised the concern vide ticket no [protected] dated 13.08.2022 but I have not received any resolution from your side, further again I have raised the issue today vide ticket no. [protected] dated 16.08.2022 on the subject cited above.

    In this connection, this is to inform you that the delivered product is totally rotten due to leakaged packet and giving bad small and I can't keep it more days in my house as the same is giving bad small and my family member health can be effected by the badly rotten product delivered by jio mart.

    No body called on the issue and issue not resolved evenafter several time followup and written complaints.

    You are requested to lookinto the matter please.

      I ordered and received some items from Jiomart on 15th aug one of them was soap which was a set of 4 soaps they delivered 3 soaps and and i also complained about the same day. But till now they have not refunded

        Sir/Madam, We were bought OKRA (Lady's finger) and Cabbage through Jiomart Mobile Application from Jiomart branch Situated at Ambedkar Centre, Nehrunagar, BCM Road, Badradri Kothagudem, Palwancha - 587115, Telangana. Company CIN: U01100MH1999PLC120563 and Mail Id : retail.[protected]@ril.com. Vide Bill No. TCE[protected] Dt. 18.08.2022 Time: 01:45 PM. The above vegetables Supplied with inferior quality and the same are not usable condition for cooking because inside of the vegetables is decomposed. We are loyal customers of Jiomart but we never experienced this type of situation in past. Kindly replace the above vegetables or refund the amount.

          I have ordered couple of items in JIO Mart and delivered on 3rd August with couple of missing items, So I waited for refund will take automatically as the delivery person clearly mentioned the list of missing items but the refund didn't initiated. I created many complaints in JIO Mart app and after many complaints still asking me to wait till 20 days for refund which is less than 500.

            W.r.t order ID:[protected]W, shipment[protected]W-01_18558, I have not received refund yet.
            I have raised numerous complaints and everytime they ask for 48hrs to resolve but don't do anything. They have not refunded the money. Neither have they provided a reason for not refunding it. All they do is apologise and say that it will be resolved in 48hrs again. But it has been more than 40days and atleast 20complaints

              Dear Sir/madam,
              I have made a fully paid order on JIOMART web site on 9th Aug for approx 1166 (order number[protected]A ) But I received incorrect order on 11th Aug. The same day I raised a complaint at JIOMART customer care but no resolution till now. Every time I call them they say that they tried to reach me on phone but unable to contact. This is impossible. I don't have any network issue and receiving other calls also. If they are honest about resolving the issue, they should have contact me on my email also. They are lying. Despite of that, I provided my alternate number but no use. They never contacted. Each time they assure me for a resolution. Its been 8 days. Every one of them assure me that I will get refund, but nothing happens. Even the matter was escalated to seniors and they also assured the same but again nothing happens, it looks like a big fraud as they don’t deliver the items and then they don’t resolve the ticket.
              I don’t understand how this is possible with a reputed company like JIO, so I wanted to bring this to your notice about this fraud so that you can take corrective action as soon as possible and help me in getting the refund of amount 1166.
              I keep ordering from Amazon/Flipkart and never experienced this. I am having really bad experience with pathetic delivery and therefafter customer care even after escalating to higher authority. Please look into this fraud and and get me the refund.

                    I had ordered the product on 20/07/2022 a Ambrane 1.5 mType-c cable with Rs.349.00 which I was delivered on 23/07/2022 and on the same day I had raised the request to return as I had received the wrong product. Then I received the call from the team where I mistakenly said the product is okay and your team has rejected my return request. Then I have raised this as a complaint and tried calling, emailing and chatting with your agents but not only they have failed to provide a resolution but also had never answered with my details I have asked for.

                    I will be also attaching the photos of the product details and return policy and accordingly if this isn't resolved I will escalate this further until I receive a relevant resolution. It has a warranty of 06 months and a product can be returned within 07 working days as per the policy.

                    Kindly let me know in which part I am wrong when the product is wrong for me then how will I use it and your agents told me to keep it. This will be the last email as I will also raise a complaint in the consumer forum and seek the resolution if you are incapable of providing me with one.

                    I want the product to be returned and money to be refunded.

                      Not able to login

                      I am not able to login on jio Mart after entering correct OTP many a times .
                      I tried a lot but when I could not login. This time my experience was worst than ever. I did not expect this from jiomart being a regular customer of jiomart ....

                      I ordered one product on 27th july 2022 and delivery date was 2nd Aug 2022 but I didn't get a product or my money back when I called in customer care they just replyed me wait for 48 hours but after 48 hours I file complain again but I didn't get any positive response or any conclusion they told me every time that wait for 48 hours but 48 hours complated many times As par this is jiomart's issue they didn't gave me my money back

                        Amount for an order was debited twice hoping that it would be refunded back. However there are no signs of resolution inspite of raising too many complaints and service requests.
                        All the complaints and service requests are being closed automatically since the requests cannot be open for more than 48 hours.

                          I ordered some items in jiomart on August 6 2022. My items got shipped on August 7 but I did not get the delivery on that day. I waited for a day and on August 8 I got a call from a delivery partner who s nearing my house I shared my location with him and also he delivered more than 3 times to my house. I was waiting for the delivery so long. Atlast I came to know that my order got returned without any reason. Thank you for ordering from JioMart your order #[protected]M has been dispatched and will be delivered by Delivery Associate Jagadeesh Na [protected].

                            Hello,
                            I initiated return and refund request at JioMart App on 19 July 2022 for item Emily Pets Cat Litter Box worth Rs.1069/-, as, a wrong item has been delivered.

                            I received SMS from 'Xpressbees' confirming pickup is scheduled on 22 July, 26 July and 5 August (at 21:17), however no one showed up for pickup till date. I also received SMS from 'Xpressbees' on 26 July that pick up is not done as I wanted later pickup, which is incorrect, and also on 5 August (at 22:42) that pickup is not done due to wrong address, which is again incorrect as the item was delivered to the correct address only. Please note, I was available at my address on all the above days.

                            Meanwhile, I raised this concern with JioMart thrice on 24th, 26th and 31st July. They called me couple of times, just to give false hope. Resulting the return is still pending and my money is stuck with JioMart for 21 days now.

                            I would like to request for a refund of the amount Rs.1069/- I paid along with a compensation as JioMart is holding my money for no reason.

                                Regarding Refund 2199-/ order id[protected]A.
                                I return this product under 7days return policy but after 2month not respons. After 2month i not received product and refund.
                                This is a electronic items. 2months not use this product then battery is automatically dead.

                                    I order one plus Nord ce 2 lite 5g AND show offers save1000 but USER CODE-SAVE1000 NOT USE AFTER PAYMENT and my payment is cut 18499 and my order is declined.
