I have returned the product on 20june as they said i will get back my money by 15 working days and somehow they didn’t made that happen and extended my date to 11th july 2022 and as of today 12th july i havent got my money back of 999₹. Did several mail no response since yesterday their app chat support is trash not work on ios latest . My complain number in Jio is :- [protected] please hell me in this 🙏🏻☹️

I have seen many people here didn’t get their refund by jiomart.com its better to try tweet on twitter ad they respond too quickly and will get your problem solved within 48hr i have been struggling since 3weeks lol for my 999₹ hahahaha yesterday only after i have made the tweet i got my money 💰

      Jiomart order no.[protected]A dated 30/june/2022 has not been delivered to me till date whereas the JIO app has itself marked as delivered without delivering it to me. I have already paid for this order and have not received this order till date. I have been ordering from JIOmart for the past around 3 years and never it has happened that I have received orders without sharing JIO OTP at the time of delivery. I have made several complaints to JIO customer care since 3/july/2022, the date on which my order got reflected as delivered on JIO app. None of the JIO team members has bothered to listen to my issue neither they have delivered my order nor they have refunded my money back. PLEASE SEE BELOW COMPLAINT NUMBERS

      JIO HAS CHEATED BY GRABBING MY MONEY AND BY NOT DELIVERING MY ORDER. JIO IS MAKING FRAUD ON APP BY GRABBING MONEY OF PEOPLE WHO PLACE PREPAID ORDERS.

        I have ordered HiSense 1.5 ton AC on 2nd May 2022. I was supposed to receive it by 4th May, but I have never received it till date(9th July 2022). But in Jiomart App it was showing as delivered on 12th May 2022, for which I raised complaint via call for 70+ times atleast and 30+ times via email in these 2 months time.
        I have neither received any call nor any message regarding the status of my concern till date. CS associates, CShead and escalation team are only assuring me that my issue will be resolved within 48 hours everytime, which is clearly not happening.

        All escalation team members whom I have approached looked into it and said it was technical error, apologized me & assured they will PERSONALLY handle the issue and will get me back on this issue. Also they assured no need to call or email again.

        But the worst part is when there is no response from Jiomart's end everytime and I reach out to customer care again, I was informed that my ticket is getting closed every time without providing any resolution or without even contacting me.

        For now I have lost hope and thinking to proceed legally on this.

            Sir i have order no[protected]A. grocery worth is 2306₹(payment mode is credit card 2202₹+jiomart wallet 48₹ + 56coins twid wallet) from jiomart (online) on 22/06/2022 but i did not deliver and returned to jiomart on 24th...as per their conversation they have initiated my money which is still not received
            when i contacted credit card provider they said no record is found for refund)
            even jiomart representative said it will reflect with in seven days.. today is 5th July going to be over in 1hr
            but still i did not get refund
            jiomart is not helping in this issue kindly help me i am attaching somefiles 1st one my order details & 2nd one my card statement detail
            today i got a Twitter msg from jiomart they provided same transaction id for today which had done on the 25th june and said you should wait for more 7 days...what a joke did my ecommerce jaint... i am adding that screenshot also

              From last one week we fellow up with Jio Team for the partial delivery / Some item missing in delivery . But each and every time Jiomart Team replay it allow to some time to revert the same .

              Missing item : 6 Nos of NP Filtered Groundnut Oil 1 L

              Jio Mart System show the delivery of above item.

              In packing of Rest of material is delivery but the 6 Nos of Groundnut Iol 1 Ltr Packet is missing .

                    I have placed the order on May 22, 2022 for the amount of Rs 869/- consists of three products on Jiomart & my order number is[protected]A registered m. no. +91 [protected]. The payment has been made via Simpl but one product has been delivered, one has to be replaced and one got cancelled by Jiomart without initiating the refund. I approached customer care about this issue so many times and also send a written complaint to Jiomart and every time they said that we will resolved your issue within 48 hrs but every time they resolved and closed my complaint without initiating the refund .

                    Have approached a couple of times to Jiomart customer care in relation to my refund and replacement of my product but nothing much happened. My current registered complaint id

                        I am barun prasad, actually i ordered a electric kettle from jiomart but when i open the parcel i got only kettle inside the parcel and the charging pad was missed there so i raised return request on[protected] and i got approved for return on[protected] .but today is[protected] the parcel is not picked up by jiomart and no response is received by their end . They said to me that they received the return package within 7 days but they are not responding me.

                              I ordered A2 ghee on 14/06/2022 throughJioMartApp. My amount of Rs 664 debited but order was declined. Customer care told to wait for 7 days for the amt to credit to my account. It's almost 12 days and I didn't receive the amount still. From day 1 had been contacting the customer care through chat, call and email. Now they say query resolved. But my amount has not been credited back to me. If I ask them when I will receive my amt, they again...

                              My product is not delivered by Jio mart. I ordered a Mobile phone 7 th June 2022. Jio mart says it will deliver me on 12th of June 2022 but 13th of June 2022 when I checked my order history it showed OrderedUnder ProcessReturned. 11 days later I still didn't get back my refund. Jiomart Customer representative told me that I will get back my amount within Seven working days but I didn't receive my refund amount and now they say it will take more time. I am Suffering Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Today is the 8th work day but my refund is still pending please help me and credit the amount as soon as possible. I have very bad experience with jio mart i between the 7 working days you all tell the amount is credited your account within 7 working days but it doesn't happened.                                   Hello, This is regarding order number[protected]A. I have received damaged products for which i have raised a complaint with JioMart on 14-May-2022. They said the amount will be refunded for the damaged products. Its been more than a month, i have still not received the refund. I escalated by calling customer care and by sending emails to [protected]@jiomart.com but i have not received any resolution.

                                    I saw a Golden Harvest Rice 5 Kg @ Rs. 325.00 with MRP. Rs. 750.00 in display but when I billi at counter it is coming Rs. 375.00, I object it but the executive said Rate change display not done you have to pay as per computer bill, I have no problem to pay as per bill but Should the customer come to the counter everytime to verify the rate of each item and then buy the goods? Please clarify...
                                    When I tell the security I will complain this in your site/customer care the guy said nothing will happen if you complain..

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I had ordered my shipment having ID[protected]A-01, on 23.3.2022. It was delivered on 24.3.2022. I had initiated a return on 25.3.2022.

                                      I complained several times and had a chat with your representatives and after plenty of calls and mails I have received just a partial refund and whenever I try to use your customer service, they put my call on hold for half an hour and then disconnect it.
