As I buy product britainia nutrifiber buiscuit 1kg from jio mart online they show mrp 220 and after 30 rs discount 190 they had given
But the product actual mrp is 199 when I recived it and I check on it. So it means jio mart shown wrong mrp and showing heavy discount and playing with our sentiment. This very wrong jio mart is doing . I have screen shot of online product with written wrong mrp .please take action as per this on showing wrong mrp and misguiding people by showing big discount

    Complaint Ticket No:[protected]

    I had ordered one mobile phone thru jio mart dt. 06.07.2022 amt of Rs.10999/- with the Transaction ID of [protected](ICICI NET BANKING). At the time my order has been declined but my amt of Rs.10999/-debited. Till date my refund amt not credited to my account. 6th July 2022 onwards till date I've communicated all the jio customer care no and mails also. They said ur refund amt initiated on 16.07.2022. But today 22.07.2022 I received the mail from jio mart ur query has been resolved. But still I'm not getting my amt of Rs.10999/- in my account. Anybody kindly help me to refund my amt immediately.

    Finally I got my refund amt of Rs.10999/- in my account on 25.07.2022. Thank god.. I would like to thank the entire team support to got my refund.

      I placed a prepaid order on 18th June. On 28th June, the order was cancelled after continually postponing the delivery. I wanted for refund for 7 working days. They did not refund. So i started raising complaints in all possible forums. All they gave is 48 hours turn around time. But no request is resolved as of 21 July.

        I have ordered Protein Power of 2kg worth of 5000/- on 1st July via Jiomart.
        Initially it was mentioned it will deliver by 9th but It got delivered on 5th July.
        But when i open the box I found inside only paper card board no Protein box. So Immediately I escalate to customer care and got reply that we will refund your money within 15days. Now its almost 20days and Jiomart informing your packet delivered without any tampering so we cant do anything. I used to order through Amazon this time thought let me try via Jiomart but very worst experience. No support from jiomart response is slow and worst.

          I couldnt able to login to jio mart application from last 3 days. I have lodged a complaint several times to their toll free no and also talked several times to there cs head team for the resolution faster. They told me please wait for 48 hours and till now 3 days gone i couldnt be able to login to jio mart application, its always showing invalid otp....

            I placed an order for two perfume bottles on july11, 2022. order no[protected]A, An amount of Rs220.00 was paid thru credit card. The package was delivered on july14, 2022. On opening the package, I was shocked to find one bottle has totally leaked and there was not even a drop in the bottle. The other bottle was in tact.

              Worst service every I will share this on social media also i had ordered 1 mixer grinder it came with broken socket. When I requested for return one delivery executive came and tell my parent it’s to heavy I will come 2morrow today I received a text saying today it will get picked but today I called the another delivery executive he is say 2morrow some one will come don’t mail for the same . Are we fool do u think . We had paid for it it’s not free u have given . I need the Pickup asap and I need my money back

                I have received the order in bad condition and requested for return and refund. they also confirmed the refund initiated but never received the refund.

                Upon calling the CC, they mentioned I haven't even raised a return request. Please check attached screenshot for details. CC disconnecting call in middle of the conversation.

                  I have ordered 4 dresses but got only one. That’s why I returned it as suggested by delivery agent. When I returned the one dress which I received, on refund details it was showing refund amount for 1 dress only. But I paid for 4 dress amount which is 1526. From last 3months I am sending mails every week, taking follow ups but no outcome.

                      Without information item was showing returned. delivery details also shared with me .. i am ordered on 14th july 2022 that time next day was delivery .but day by day increased till 17th july.
                      executive also called me and confirmed the location . order processed and shipped also done. otp aslo shared. but without any confirmation nor any infirmation shared with us item was returned. what a worst pratice jio mart doing .. i will take legal action against you . and pubish social media for this issues.

                            Sales executive said by 10th July 2022, I will get the ordered product- mobile.
                            Hence paid rs rs.17500 on 6.7.2022 and ordered mobile. But on 10th July, I didn't get the product . Today 15th July, till now I didn't get the product. When I speak to customer care executive on phone, they simply say they are not able to track the order, and they are not aware where the ordered product is. They are neither ready to deliver product on the expected date, which gets automatically updated in their jiomart app everyday as the next immediate day, nor to cancel the order and refund the money. Customer care support members don't have courtesy to call back after tracking where the mobile is. Their app shows, good has been shipped and picked up for delivery in jaipur, . Same location where the product to be delivered.

                                I placed an order (order#[protected]W) on 7th July. At the time of order, the delivery date was showing as 9th July. On 9th July it reflected as order in process but then the delivery date changed to 10th July. On 10/7 it changed to 11/7, on 11/7 it changed to 11/6, then on 11/7 it showed 12/7, on 12/7 it showed 13/7 and now while I file a complaint it shows 14/7. (Date/month).

                                I also filed a complaint on Jiomart app on 11th July and it mentioned that a resolution will be given within 24 hours. When I called the customer care at “[protected]” on 12july, they said that the resolution to any complaint takes 48 hours which is against what was mentioned in the app. I was also told by someone in the escalation department (Sapna) that it is reflecting in her system that a complaint was raised on 11th july and the order will be delivered by 12th July end of the day i.e latest by 9Pm which didn’t happen.

                                I have spent approx ₹4000 and it has been almost 6 days that the order wasn’t delivered and no one at JIOMART is ready to give a resolution. Additionally I have to spend some extra money to order some daily necessities. Even if I want to cancel my order, jiomart executive say that it will 7-8 days for the refund.

                                With such costly products, I cannot afford to order basic necessities multiple times.

                                ALSO FOR SUCH A PATHETIC DELIVERY SERVICE THERE IS NO COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE LOSS I HAVE TO FACE IN A TYPICAL MONTH.

                                HELP ME WITH A RESOLUTION ASAP. PEOPLE AT JIO ARE INCOMPTENT OF SOLVING CUSTOMER ISSUES AS THEY HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY ALREADY SO THEY ARE LEAST CONCERNED.

                                  Hi) I am Pramila Mestry. I had ordered 2 cans of Gulab Groundnut oil, but received only 1. I had already paid for it. The number of delivery person is wrong. I could not reach upto him.

                                  Also, I have not yet received my refund of the items which were cancelled by the seller.

                                  Very poor service.

                                    I have ordered Clovia night suit from Jiomart on 5th July 2022, on 10th I have received parcel, but to my surprise when I opened the parcel what I see is that the seller has sent me wood piece. I have raised many complaints to jiomart about this but no action from their side whenever I raise complaint it is marked as resolved without any resolution. Now I do not product neither they are giving me refund for the same.
                                    what should I do ?please help.

                                      I placed an order with jiomart (order #[protected]W) on 7th July. While ordering it showed the delivery date to be 9th July, however on 9th the delivery date changed to 10th July then 11th July, then 12th july and now it is 13th July. I filed a complaint on jiomart app on 11th July which said resolution in 24hours but when I called the customer care, they said that a complaint was raised yesterday and I should get a resolution in 48hrs after the complaint was raised

                                      I am spending extra money for daily needs eventhough I have ordered groceries worth almost ₹4000 but these fools are not concerned about people’s money.

                                      Even if they may deliver my groceries tomorrow, I still would not be happy with Jiomart and would recommend everyone to never use their service
