In 2021 Jiomart introduced a feature called cashback where they give some percentage of our order value back in the form of cashback, Things started becoming fishy when they were showing me products to order and after i ordered it then they removed it from my order while processing it and returned that refund amount in form of cashback instead of returning it into jiowallet which is also integrated inside Jiomart since its launch, i thought maybe it is possible because the data on their website isn't update realtime so items can go out of stock after i placed order since they take items from their Reliance fresh outlets, but it didn't happened once it kept on repeating, i ordered 30 to 40 items and out of that 10 to 15 items were regularly being removed when it was time to ship my order, and they continued to refund non deliverable items money in cashback, Not in my paytm account which was the payment method i used nor they let me deduct the amount from cash when same thing happened in cash of delivery orders, so now the situation was i was paying full amount online and full cash in real life while i was getting less products and i was couldn't do anything about it because i was getting remaining amount in cashback so my money was safe in that bank sort of feature. Now what happened is they removed cashback feature and i had around 430 rupees out of which 400 was my real money which i paid fully in cash and online but got refund in jiomart not in paytm, I sent email to jiomart reps about it and they are now telling lie that it was just a maha cashback offer when in reality it was a feature, If it was a offer then why no customer was ever shown date of its removal at all times? The only way to withdraw cashback balance was to use it as discount on my next order but they kept on removing items and refunding the same discounted value back into cashback. This is unethical business practice where a person money is forcefully being stored on their cashback feature and then they suddenly removed it at their own wish with no transparency at all.

    I have ordered AC from Jiomart on 30thApril2022 and paid fully through GPAY of 28990 rs.. AC unit was supposed to be delivered on 02May2022. From 02May2022 everyday the delivery date is getting changed to next day. I have raised complaint, complaint number [protected] on 04May2022, they told within 48hrs they will rectify and till now more than thrice 48hours over and no resolution till now.. Now having second thoughts that am i scammed in the name of Jiomart by Reliance. Please help me resolve this issue.
    Same is happening with me .i ordered grocery 30th April but till the 11th may i did not get my order even last 6 days App is showing shiped but very bad customer care they just raise complain and take 48 hours ..jio mart and reliance is now involving scamed...

      All chocolate are melt and provide near expire 14 in days company gave 8 month of expiry but me got left 14 days of expiry how can I use in 14 days

        Order delivery/customer care support

        Order placed 01 may 22, yet to materialize.Daily a fresh date is given .
        Repeated complaints, no addressal .
        Customer support care ... Mr Pushkarna... Held the call on hold and disconnected after 30 minutes by the clock, on the pretext of heavily over worked . Customer care is non available to customers.
        Surely, some one in the management would like to improve this mess ....

        Today, i purchased goods from JioMart worth ₹1125. I was charged 28/- for the cotton carry bags (even though i used only one!). Charging for carry bags is unethical and illegal as per the decision of Consumer courts against Bata. I hope that you would take this seriously, refund money back and make the necessary changes before a PIL is filed..

                  I am a regular customer of Jio mart. Last month i have ordered my monthly groceries from jiomart and some of the items were missing from my orders. I raised complaint againt this and they gave me partial refund for this. I got only 97 rs refund for two items and three items refund was still missing. I raised tickets multiple time and they rrverted back with the rply that i will get my refund within 10 days. Now they have closed all the tickets which i raised and no refund is paid back to me. Also 97rs which i got initially they have taken it back. This is such a pathetic level of behavior from such a big company. I lose all my trust from this company and never going to buy anything from this. I want my compensation and refund from this company. I want to take strict action against this company so that this should not happen with anyone in the future.

                      This is regarding Order number :[protected]A, placed with JIOMART through the JIOMART app on 10th March 2022, which was cancelled by JIOMART on 23rd March 2022, but inspite of many calls and complaints the refund is not received till date for the cancelled products.

                        Order Number[protected]W was placed on 18-Jan-22, out of which the Shipment Number[protected]W-02 but was not delivered. As the order was not getting shipped, so I had raised several complaints regarding the delivery of the order.

                        One month later (in Feb 22), this order got cancelled and the reason was mentioned as "Returned" whereas the order was never shipped at all. The order was valued at Rs. 1783 but jiomart never issued this refund.

                        I raised complaints through calls and emails for the refund but they didn't yield any result. Whenever I try to contact them for the resolution they ask me to wait for 48 hours but they don't show up even after waiting for a month.

                        Please help me to get this refund issued.

                          Yesterday I placed an order of Rs.108.57 and there was further discount of Rs.10 and ultimately I had to pay Rs.98.57 and I paid through online source but my order got declined and refund has not been initiated.
                          I called jiomart helpline many a times but still not my refund has been initiated

                                I placed several orders from Jiomart and most of the time my order got cancelled without any intimation. I was waiting like a fool whole day but they never delivered the items. I files several complain via [protected]@jiomart.com but they told me this won't repeat it again. The delivery person which was assigned never pick my calls . I called him like 14 to 18 times and in the evening he switch off his phone and at last he cancelled or simply returned the order with my concern. And this incident occurs almost 7 to 8 times repeatedly . I informed all this matter to Jiomart they didn't help. Yesterday I explain this matter to the store manager of Pincode 201318 Mr Ram. he also didn't help me his response was totally unsatisfactory when I told him to I will make a complain at consumer forum he told me yes you can do .Now I am writing all this when I was totally frustrated with jiomart people. I have several emails for the same where I explained this issue against the delivery guy but unfortunately no action was taken. I got the cashback which I need to use 3th April2022 . I placed 2 orders to consume it. And due to poor service and worst management my order got cancelled repeatedly. And then my cashback got expired.
                                Never use Jiomart they give no customer importance

                                  Dear sir

                                  I have ordered a product on 21st March. Assured delivery date was 24th March and I have paid full amount for the product using Gpay. Till date 3rd May 2022 have not recieved product . I have sent several mails and reminders to Jiomart team on email ID [protected]@jiomart.com & [protected]@jiomart.com. they issue a ticket and I get a replay that product will be delivered in 2 days. After 2 days they cancel the complaint automatically.

                                  Actually this is a cheating . I have paid for a product and Jiomart team is holding my money for past 40 days and not delivering the product and not responding to my mails properly. I request you to provide me legal assistance on the above issue . As I don't wish to cancel the order as this guys has been holding my money for 40 days I request to provide product or compensation.

                                      Product not received but charged in bill... Local phone number not working. Central customer care not helpful asked me to wait for 4 days for someone to call back... Website states call within 72 hours... Only one phone number available! I am not sure if ever the issue will be solved
                                      I was so far happy with jio services but now I don't want to continue! Poor customer care
