I ordered a product on 27th of March 2022 today date 10th April still it is showing as out for delivery. I contacted with jio support through phone calls and in twitter too. They keep on says we take this complaint as priority and there is no option for cancel and they are not refunding money.

        I have placed an order with order ID[protected]A on 3rd April, 2022. It was supposed to get delivered on 5th April, 2022. However, it is not delivered till date. Moreover, they have started changing delivery date daily on their portal. Customer care is very pathetic. First they told it will get delivered maximum by 6th April 9PM. Now they say wait for 48 hours since we have now logged your complaint.

          I have ordered a toster from jiomart application on 15 march 2022 and it was delivered by 19 march 2022. As i have got a damaged product so i requested for return on jiomart application. As per rules pf jiomart this damage product pick up must be done in 7 days but today 6 apr 2022 and no pickup is done by courier partner and no refund process is initiated.

            Order not getting delivered

            Hello, Respected Sir/Madam,
            Myself Pratik Lalan,
            I placed an order on 30th March 2022 on jiomart app, order Id is[protected]A. Shipment id:[protected]A-01. The initial date of delivery was on 3rd April but till date it has not been delivered and everytime while contacting customer care, false statements are been given to me by saying be rest assured the order will get delivered by end of the day, no correct information...

            Order date 9 feb, have to be delivered on 13 feb, not delivered, on 18 march cancelled my order not refunded my even now just keep extending every time by replying their templates as reply.

              I ordered a product from jio mart 23 January 2022 and today is 04 of April 2022.my product is not delivered yet. When I call them they give time of 48 hr every time and even not canceling my product. Please help

                Dear jio mart,

                I have purchased my grocery items from JIOMART but not received the product but in app it was shown prpduct delivered. Infact i have received one delivery code from jiomart but i didn't share to any one still it was showing delivered. I want to refund my money.

                          Do you people have any ounce of moral responsibility?

                          Is this the way you treat a customer? How long does it take to solve a delivery complaint?

                          Are you inhuman with no civic sense and ethics?

                          Are you enjoying my complaints and making a joke of it?

                          Are you making fun of such complaints?

                          Are you people doing any justice towards your work?

                          Why are you inhuman people eating my time every day?

                          Do you feel it like a silly thing, just read and ignore it?

                          How shameful it is!!!

                          Have little ethics in your life.

                          And the so-called customer head of jiomart!!! is this the way you train your people?
                          Do you feel these are silly, stupid, nonsensical things that happen every day?

                          Don't you have an ounce of respect for your customers? A big shame on you and your team!

                                I have ordered few items from jio mart on 15-March-2022, I received it on next day then I found that out of those items 2 items were damaged or in poor condition so I registered a complaint after discussing issue with the customer care executive, they promised to get my refund in JIO wallet with in next 3 business days, but this is still not credited. I am regularly checking with the customer care to get it resolved but every time they said that they have highlighted the issue and it will be resolved in next 24 hours but it did not resolve, they are just wasting the time and I said them to file the case in consumer portal, they are really not worried about it. I have been so much frustrated, I am sharing the order details below. Please look into this issue.

                                    I am meenakshi Athale, Jio mart customer . My mobile number is [protected]. Purchase monthly groceries from Jio mart . Today i have received call from [protected], [protected], Jio mart whatsapp no.[protected] that you have selected member for in jio mart sales promotion team for our gift offer by ordering grocery shopping of rs.5000/- . so prepare list and send us screenshot of your cart ordering 5000/- After this you will be eligible for gift of any one from following .
                                    sony brivia tv, laptop, 2 ton LG AC, refrigerator. so i showed my cart, ordering 5000 /- and shared a screenshot. They said to make payment of rs.5000 from google pay or internet banking. do not pay through credit card . I have made payment of Rs.5000 through google pay . Then they said you need to pay GST amount of Sony bravia as there is some GST issue in the invoice . you will get a refund from Jio mart . I have paid 9999.09 toward the GST amount .

                                    Sir, you are requested to look into the matter and please arrange to provide my refund of 5622 and 9999.09 payment .

                                      I have placed order in jiomart application on[protected], initially the order delivery date was showing[protected], but it was not delivered. since then the delivery date keeps on changing to next day. I have called the customer care, but no response from their end, I have sent a complaint request to their email, but no response from them, every time they raise a new ticket number, but no solution from them. totally I have sent 19 emails, every time the same reply from them.i have attached both screenshots for your reference.
