      I have ordered few items from jio mart on 15-March-2022, I received it on next day then I found that out of those items 2 items were damaged or in poor condition so I registered a complaint after discussing issue with the customer care executive, they promised to get my refund in JIO wallet with in next 3 business days, but this is still not credited. I am regularly checking with the customer care to get it resolved but every time they said that they have highlighted the issue and it will be resolved in next 24 hours but it did not resolve, they are just wasting the time and I said them to file the case in consumer portal, they are really not worried about it. I have been so much frustrated, I am sharing the order details below. Please look into this issue.

          I am meenakshi Athale, Jio mart customer . My mobile number is [protected]. Purchase monthly groceries from Jio mart . Today i have received call from [protected], [protected], Jio mart whatsapp no.[protected] that you have selected member for in jio mart sales promotion team for our gift offer by ordering grocery shopping of rs.5000/- . so prepare list and send us screenshot of your cart ordering 5000/- After this you will be eligible for gift of any one from following .
          sony brivia tv, laptop, 2 ton LG AC, refrigerator. so i showed my cart, ordering 5000 /- and shared a screenshot. They said to make payment of rs.5000 from google pay or internet banking. do not pay through credit card . I have made payment of Rs.5000 through google pay . Then they said you need to pay GST amount of Sony bravia as there is some GST issue in the invoice . you will get a refund from Jio mart . I have paid 9999.09 toward the GST amount .

          Sir, you are requested to look into the matter and please arrange to provide my refund of 5622 and 9999.09 payment .

            I have placed order in jiomart application on[protected], initially the order delivery date was showing[protected], but it was not delivered. since then the delivery date keeps on changing to next day. I have called the customer care, but no response from their end, I have sent a complaint request to their email, but no response from them, every time they raise a new ticket number, but no solution from them. totally I have sent 19 emails, every time the same reply from them.i have attached both screenshots for your reference.

              On 4th march i order Reconnect trimmer from jio mart app

              now they are not able to deliver the product also not canceling my order they are just extending delivery date

              Many times i called on helpline number but did not get any help

              now i will never use jiomart and i will suggest indian peoples to stay away like this fraud companies like jiomart.

                    I had Placed the Order, They are not Delivering the Product or Not returning Amount.
                    Every Time, They are telling 48 Hours, After 48 hour also they will tell 48 Hours, Almost 15 days completed after Delivery date.
                    I told I don't want the Product, Return money back. they are not returning money back.

                    There is no Proper Response for Costumer care Executive

                          I was order a iron from jiomart on 6th march it's cost is 525 rs and it's delivered on 8th March when I open and check the iron I saw that the iron was defective then I raised return request on jiomart after that on 9th March the delivery boy was come and pickup my product but now 15 days gone but I have not received my refund I was called jiomart customer care 5 to 6 times but they was said every time that your problem is solved in 48 hours.

                            I ordered bio green apple shampoo on 24th Feb 2022. I didn’t receive this product though the app shows your order delivered. I didn’t even share the OTP. I raised my issue on 1st March 22. Since then I have called customer care more than 20 times for a refund or product. They are saying the same thing every time that our back in the team will contact you as soon as possible. Please wait. We have placed your complaint on high priority with highlights.

                              I had placed an online order for one Kelvinator Electric Kettle Model No. KEKP00220 on 21 Feb 22 through JioMart portal (Order No.[protected]A). It was delivered to me by Ecom Express Courier Service on 07 Mar 22. On opening the package, the said kettle was found to be broken/ having a crack of about 2" length. I reported the damage via e-mail to JioMart on 09 Mar 22, immediately on opening the package. I requested them for replacement of the product. All required details and proof have been submitted to them. JioMart responded by conveying that since the matter has not been reported within 24 hours of delivery, hence nothing can be done. So they did nothing. I then reported the matter to Kelvinator India. Their customer service called me after a couple of days and conveyed that they also cannot repair the plastic body. I then requested Kelvinator India for replacement, which they also point blank denied. Result is, that I am now stuck with a broken electric kettle for which I have paid Rs 500.00 to JioMart. It has a warranty of 2 years, which is of no purpose. This amounts to hoodwinking the customer. I request for your kind intervention please.

                                I have ordered jiomart for Rs. 1417, and same day cancelled the entire order, but jiomart has been refunded only Rs. 744.97, but the balance amount is still pending.After so many calls and mails they are not responding at all.

                                  I have place an order to jiomart online on 14th February and the expected delivery date was 25th February. material was not delivered even after 15 days. and they told that they cancelled the order due to their technical reasons, and i will get the refund. Still now I have not received the amount back to my account and they are not providing any dates on which i can receive the amount back.

                                  this company is playing with our money and not giving any proper customer service.

                                  I have contatcted the customer care for momre thaan 30 times by mail, and all they are asking me is to wait.

                                  How long should i wait to get my amount back. Please help me to solve this issue.

                                    I had ordered 2quantity of wagh bakri leaf tea of 1kg each on[protected] and on[protected] i got a call from jio confirmation dept team asking me whether i have canceled the order i said no i have not then soon after that jio delivery agent called me and said he himself has canceled the order bcoz order was incomplete means he had only 1kg of wagh bakri tea not 2kg so he canceled it soon after i called customer care explained him everything customer care told me to take 1kg and he will raise a complain regarding the same and refund will be issued against the missing 1kg wagh bakri leaf tea then i called up delivery agent and collected 1kg leaf tea. But till now more then 2months have gone bye despite of multiple complains, mails they have not refunded the amount of missing 1kg wagh bakri leaf tea amount they just say we are sorry mistake happened from backend team we will give you resolution soon but of no use they are useless

                                      I had ordered 2 packs of Tiger Glucose Biscuits 136 gms each but they sent me 2 packs of Marie Lite biscuits 78 gms each. Complaining on [protected]@jomart.com
                                      only resulted in 12 emails from them with the same language asking me for pics of invoice which I have ALREADY sent with my complaint on the first place along with the pic of my order.
                                      No one has bothered to read the complaint and understand it. THEY ARE JUST SENDING ME SAME STANDARD REPLY WITHOUT TAKING ANY ACTION.

                                        I ordered an item with Jiomart, its been 11 days and it still shows Under Process. I raised a complaint since 5 days back to cancel it as I am unable to cancel from my end. They say they will do it. But yet no resolution.

                                        Every day the delivery date is changed to next working day and the order is in the system. When I placed the order it was to be delivered on certain date, that was crossed so I checked when is the next date, everyday they change the delivery date to next working day. So if I check today the delivery date is tomorrow. If I check tomorrow the delivery date is day after tomorrow. Amazing system

                                        I called their customer care thrice but again they say they have no authority to cancel it. They will get it done. No one is giving me an estimated time and keep on asking sometime sometime.

                                        I am done with Jiomart for sure such a bad experience, your money is stuck and they do not have authority to refund it. Kudos to the system of theft.
