On January 14th 2022. I had ordered D' Nature Dry Fruits Combo online with JIO MART. The assured delivery date was on 26th Feb. Till date, I haven't received this product. I have been following with JIO customer care team no one is bother to help me out they say only sorry you will receive the product very soon. I was down with covid, That's the reason we ordered through Jiomart. These people are pathetic. I have never seen such kind of customer service in my life, I'm very frustated & they are humiliating me like anything.
And On 9th Feb, The product got returned from their end. I haven't received any update via mails/SMS. When I check the jiomart app, I got this update. and Till Now, I haven't received the refund amount. Whenever I'm calling customer service. they are saying, Product has taken from a 3rd party You Will get the refund.. Now its more than 12 days. No update regarding the refund.
I have called the customer service multiple times, they are not ready to take action or take a complaint for this. Everytime When I call, they speak very rude (Supervisor Nathan). Last I have called escalated the call to Mahima Supervisor Customer Support. They don't have a proper reason for not delivering, returning or the refund issue. She assured that she will call back once after checking with the backend team. But she didn't contact me back. And I again called She says the same thing.. Will get the refund..
Need a compensation for this issue.. Really Fed up calling Jiomart customer service. Its more than a month since I ordered, not receiveing the product or money.
