I have places an order in jiomart on 14 Feb 2022 and the delivery date was 25 feb 2022.

The item was not delivered till 11 march 2022, and now its showing returned and they are asking my cancelled cheque for providing the refund.

Since I haven’t received the item on time, i have faced many issues and i need Jiomart to refund the amount to my account and since they have not provided any details about the delay, i need to get a proper explanation from jiomart and need compensation for delaying my ordere item and for delaying the refund.

I have paid in advance and waited for this long period for this item, and even after waiting this long, i have not received the item and refund not received.

I need jiomart to compensate me for this.
Now JioMart is asking me to provide my cancelled cheque to initiate the refund. I am totally dissatisfied with the service provided by JioMart to its customers.

    I had placed and order on 14th February and the delivery commitment was on 25 February.
    Till today the item is not received, and i am not getting any proper response from the customer care team.

    Customer care is always giving me the same answer that, they are trying to resolve the issue..but unfortunately still I haven’t received the ordered item.

      I returned a parcel on 1 February with a Order No.[protected]A, of which return got approved by you on 8th February And i received a message that i will receive refund within 7 working days. I have lodged complaint with Jio Mart several times. It's been more than 5 weeks now and still i haven't got the refund.

        My order[protected]A (cancelled my products without any reason, amount not refunded) and order no.[protected]A (damaged goods) complaint so many times in customer care and sent mail more than a month. Still the problem is not resolving also my amount not credited in jiomart wallet.

          Hi sir/mam,

          Order ID:[protected]A (pre-paid order)
          Shipment ID:[protected]A-02

          Total number of products: 2
          Ordered Items:
          1) Kelvinator kettle KEKSM00512
          2) BPL hair straightener BHSFP001

          But I received only BPL Hair straightener on Jan 29th, 2022 and I didn't receive
          Kelvinator kettle. But it shows that the order is completely
          delivered in the Jiomart app. No refund was raised for the undelivered product.

          It's been more than a month. I am following up on this with the Jiomart customer care but no reply till now. Everytime they ask me to wait for 48 hours.

          Ticket No:[protected] was raised on jiomart on Jan29th, 2022. But no proper response for the same.

          I don't need the product anymore, because it's been more than a month. I request you to raise the refund amount of Rs.499 for the same.

                Hello sir/ma'am,
                This is the Kartik Sarwan from Pune. I have ordered 3 items from jiomart
                Saffola Gold Healthy Lifestyle Rice Bran Based Blended Oil 5 L + 1 L Free
                Unibic Fruit & Nut Cookies 500 g
                India Gate Mogra Basmati Rice 10 kg

                But when I get an order from your representative delivered to the home, we didn't get the 1L free oil of the Saffola Gold Lifestyle Rice Bran Based Blended Oil.

                I got all the products but I didn't get the 1L free oil.
                Kindly let me know about further proceedings

                  I was doing offline shopping at Smart point store but the transaction got failed on their system and the money got deducted from my Jio wallet account and it wasn't refunded to me at that time as the Store supervisor told it will be automatically refunded back. So i waited for more than 7 days but didn't received the refund and then i logged an online complaint but still no resolution from past 20 days.

                  Now my request is to refund the money which was deducted.

                  Below is the deducted amount details from Mahacashback and JioMart GiftCard Balance.

                  Component 1- JioMart Gift Card Balance deducted amount-

                  Rs. 166.52 and Rs. 73.45 ( OrderId/Transaction Id mentioned for both the amount was- U[protected]

                  Transaction Date- 15th Feb- 2022

                  Component 2- Jio Mahacashbak which was deducted-

                  Rs. 59.99
                  Transaction Date- 15th Feb- 2022

                  Please let me know when I will receive the refund amount.

                    Order placed on Jan25, 2022 on jiomart application and its pre-paid.

                      I had placed an order of ₹196.0/- order dated 2 April, 2021. Order Number[protected]W, This product was delivered on 5th April, 2021 and I had requested a return for this product on the same day (i.e. 5th April, 2021) as the item delivered was defective. On 9th April, 2021, the order was picked up and I was assured to receive refund within 7 days.
                      It has been 11 months, I have not received my refund for the product. I am constantly in touch with jiomart via call, mail, and now twitter as well but I am only getting one response stating that they are "working to ensure a satisfactory resolution" to our complaint. In reality, no action has been taken towards our complaint in the past 11 months.

                        As the item is returned and refund was processed on 10 feb 2022 and saying money will be refunded within 7 days, but it has been more than 2 weeks.The original amount to be refunded is Rs 1499 .

                            I ordered 5 products of ₹796 on 12th January from jiomart but my order was canceled by them due to some technical issues. Since then I’m contacting customer care and requesting them to refund my money every second or third day but nobody listens. And whenever I made a new complaint next day they send me a mail saying that “Your issue has been resolved”.
                            But actually the issue isn’t resolved yet. And out of ₹796 they have only refunded ₹22 in my jiomart wallet. Now I’m tired of calling them and complaining again and again please help me!

                              Jiomart is thwarting me to log in to its website. I have complained several times to its mail and over phone. The first complain was made on January 2022 (Ticket No. [protected]) but no action is taken till date. As a result, I cannot use the cashback offered for various purchase of its products. I am bearing financial loss as I am not be able to use the cashback because the cashback itself has an useful life. After the period o[censored]seful life, it will be of no use.

                                I have ordered boat airpods on feb 10th from jiomart and expected deluvery is on 13th feb but from then on its delivred till today 24 th feb and customer support were also not helping, and there is no option to cancel my order in the app, requesting immediate action on jiomart

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  An item ( Oleev Active - 5 Litres ) was ordered online from JioMart on 13.02.2022 for which an amount of 1299/- was already paid .

                                  --- The item was expected on 18.02.2022 but not delivered
                                  --- The delivery status was changed to 19.02.2022 but again not delivered
                                  --- Finally, it was displayed on the JioMart that the order has been delivered
                                  on 22.02.2022 but the same was not actually delivered .

                                  When checked with the customer service, they informed that the order has not been delivered and there is some technical problem .

                                  They registered the complaint on 22.02.2022 and assured that the order will be delivered within 48 hours .

                                  The actual problem is that the item is not in stock with them or at the warehouse due o which they are just providing with some excuses .

                                  I had requested them to deliver the item maximum by 24.02.2022 or else refund the entire amount so that i can purchase the item from somewhere else . However, they are not providing the refund as well .

                                  With no proper response from them, finally writing to the complaints team for help plz .

                                  Plz find attached documents for reference :

                                  1) Snapshots of the order raised
                                  2) Snapshot of the wrong status showing as delivered
                                  3) Invoice Copy

                                  Request to plz review and help in this matter to expedite .

                                    I had placed an order with Jiomart on 24.1.2022 for nine items, out of which eight were delivered and one item worth Rs.389 was found missing and I lodged a complaint in this regard with Jiomart and they processed a partial refund of Rs.206 only, which amount I used to further place an order on 2.2.2022 and I paid the balance amount using my credit card. Simultaneously I placed a request with Jiomart about refund of Rs.183 but they stated that I have already been refunded Rs.194, which has been used by me while placing the order on 2.2.2022. I have even copied my some mails to Reliance Retail and Reliance Industries attaching therewith all the details but to no avail. Jiomart sometimes admit mistake and assure refund by a particular date and sometimes they say that the entire amount has already been refunded, which is not true. I have the all screenshots.

                                      I am not able to login by my account from last 15 days it's showing invalid login. Even customer care is not replying on mail. No one is helping in that. I also have jiomart cashback in my account I want to use my cashback. and customers care not telling the exact reason why it's showing invalid login. I am able to login by other number but only by my number I am not able to login. Need help in logging in to my account.

                                        On January 14th 2022. I had ordered D' Nature Dry Fruits Combo online with JIO MART. The assured delivery date was on 26th Feb. Till date, I haven't received this product. I have been following with JIO customer care team no one is bother to help me out they say only sorry you will receive the product very soon. I was down with covid, That's the reason we ordered through Jiomart. These people are pathetic. I have never seen such kind of customer service in my life, I'm very frustated & they are humiliating me like anything.

                                        And On 9th Feb, The product got returned from their end. I haven't received any update via mails/SMS. When I check the jiomart app, I got this update. and Till Now, I haven't received the refund amount. Whenever I'm calling customer service. they are saying, Product has taken from a 3rd party You Will get the refund.. Now its more than 12 days. No update regarding the refund.

                                        I have called the customer service multiple times, they are not ready to take action or take a complaint for this. Everytime When I call, they speak very rude (Supervisor Nathan). Last I have called escalated the call to Mahima Supervisor Customer Support. They don't have a proper reason for not delivering, returning or the refund issue. She assured that she will call back once after checking with the backend team. But she didn't contact me back. And I again called She says the same thing.. Will get the refund..

                                        Need a compensation for this issue.. Really Fed up calling Jiomart customer service. Its more than a month since I ordered, not receiveing the product or money.
