( Good Life Almonds 500 g and Value Pack Plain Cashews (4 pcs) 500 g they delivered only Good Life Almonds 500 g, they not delivered (Value Pack Plain Cashews (4 pcs) 500 g)
1 product is missing they were not refunded the amount

    Non-refund of money against failed order

    I had tried to place an order through Jiomart app against my account registered with email id nrj.[protected]@gmail.com and phone number [protected] on 05.06.2021 through my Rbl card ending with 8997 but the order didn't get placed. Though I had received a mail from RBL bank stating a transaction of Rs.3838.97 was made on Jiomart, I didn't get any order confirmation from Jiomart. Neither was there any order details against the said transaction...

    The complaint is against the Thripunithura store
    The 1 liter packet of Nandini milk they delivered was broken.I ordered 10 packets of 1 liter and put it all together, Other packets are now damaged along with the damaged product, all the packets were moth all the packets of water got wet from the damaged packets, Now all the packets are damaged, this is how they always delivered, damage product, different product is delivered, then the expiration product has been delivered several times.No matter how much is said, it is being done again and again.
    Please refund the amount of damaged product
    We request you to take action for this as soon as possible.All supporting documents have been attached along with this application

      This is with regard to my latest order on Jiomart
      [protected]A - GROCERIES
      [protected]A-01
      I have been billed for the following 2 items but they have not been delivered.
      Ariel matic top load 4+2kg - Rs 875
      Srikrishna Paneer 200g - Rs 59.60
      I have not received any refund or replacement for these.
      I had taken up the complaint with a customer care executive by name Mr. Ashish. He said I would be receiving a complaint ID and tracking details. However none of that has been received by me. I had mailed the team as well. No response from them. They have closed all the tickets that I had raised on Jiomart App as well without any call or redressal of my issue.
      I urge you to look into the matter urgently.

        Money debited but the order declined

        I have ordered items from jiomart on last Thursday.The amount of Rs 231.05 (paid through google pay) was deducted from my account and the order status showed as declined.. I called to the customer care several times and not answered and also mailed to their account, no reply.

        So kindly refund the money back.

        Please solve the problem as soon as possible...

        I got an damaged item(clothes), I requested return request, the item never got picked up, I contacted nearly 8 times not still issue not resolved.

          No relief to customer has been provided in terms of compensation or goodwill gesture for the loss of time, which anyone would do to avoid going into litigation and any further damages. Added the amount in Jio Wallet forcing customer to buy from JioMart, but amount not refunded to the concerned bank.

          NOT HAPPY WITH THE RESOLUTION AS WELL

              The most pathetic shopping experience. On May25 2021. I had placed an order for mangoes and they arrived rotten. I called the call centre to provide me a refund which they said they have raised a request. It's been 11 days and I am yet to recv a refund to my wallet and I am calling u people evey 2 days. as i[censored] people are doing a favor. Will never ever shop or Jiomart.                 My order (order no.:[protected]A) is not delivered. I got a message from their kochi office, that they regret as my order is not delivered. They informed me that the refund will be paid within a week.
                Despite repetitive followups, I haven’t received refund for my order.

                  Hello, I placed my order on 30th April 2021 but still my products r not yet delivered to my given address they r going on posponding the date from 3th to 4th to 5th & now on 6th may. I placed the order for my emergency, need, feeling disappointment for such long delay from jiomart to deliver at time, & uncommitment from jio mart

                          On 30th March I placed an order via Jiomart. Order number is[protected]M
                          The amount was debited from my bank account but their website says transaction declined. I haven't recieved any sms /call regarding that. I tried to connect with the customer support but they are irresponsible. Please look into the matter.

                            During early lockdown July 2020, i have created 2 prepaid JIOMART online grocery order. Refund initiated but still now REFUND was not issued to me. I have sent enormous mail to [protected]@jiomart.com and meet store manager so many times, but all in vein. Manager directed to customer care & customer care not respond.. They just make the process round and round and harassed the people. Not only so manager just giving stupid reply for excuse that no database maintained more than 6 months...

                                I ordered for Groceries for Rs.770 On March 1st 2021 and it was prepaid through Phone Pe. Order was Declined without intimation and money is not refunded yet. When called customer care it was said as Money will be refunded within 7working days. Now no money is refunded or even that order which had discrepancy is not being able to view on Jiomart mobile app My Order list. After calling again to customer care, have received a Message mentioning Complaint resolved. But money is not yet refunded. Declined order number is[protected]A

                                  I ordered grocery as per order id:[protected]a and made a prepayment of rs.1808.80, against the invoice from my sbi credit card on[protected]. Jiomart did not deliver the oder and refunded only rs.1796.31 on[protected].31 & 4.00) instead of refunding 1808.80 rupees. Balance refund i demanded more than hundred times to customer service of jiomart. They say your service request has resolved. Same reply always. But the transaction details for refund of 102.49 rupees they are not providing and also such a refund is not reflecting on jiomart website refund list and also in the statement of my credit card.
