I had made a purchase worth Rs. 734 on December 2, 2020 from Jiomart (Order Number:[protected]W).
My order had a TOTAL of 15 items, BUT, I received only 7 items. There were 8 MISSING ITEMS, worth Rs. 396.
The MISSING ITEMS were:
1. Greenland Marayur Jaggery 1 kg
2. Papaya Normal 1.5 kg
3. Pumpkin Slice 1 kg x 2
4. Banana Nendran 1 kg x 2
5. Watermelon Kiran 2.5 kg
6. Cabbage 1 pc
7. Onion 1 kg (Pack)
8. Potato 1 kg (Pack)
I was told by the Jiomart customer service agents AND their local store people that my money will be refunded within 7 working days. This was on Dec 8th (5 days after the partial delivery of 7 items on Dec 3rd); but it's Dec 23rd today, and I still haven't received my refund!
Attachment: An image of the products I received along with the plastic bag they came in. As you can see, it was a small bag (And this was the only bag. Multiple bags will contain a numerical suffix like -01, -02); I enquired about the same to the delivery associate, saying that there was no way my entire order would fit into this one bag. But he told me that this was the only bag he had for me, and to contact the local store's phone number for getting a refund if any items were missing. I tried calling the local store, but nobody answered after multiple calls. Then I contacted Jiomart's customer support on the same day (Dec 3rd), and I still haven't received the refund. If I knew it would be such a hassle, I would've returned/cancelled the order right away without accepting it!
The most recent complaint raised was on December 19th: (complaint no: [protected]). And they've sent me a refund of Rs. 46.50 ! Instead of Rs. 396. And that too, onto their Jiomart wallet and not to the original payment mode. Even a refund to Jiomart wallet is acceptable, but Rs 46.5?!! They must be joking!
This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had! I have recordings of all the phone conversations if any further information is needed. I've already sent numerous emails and made many calls, but to no avail! Please do look into the matter and help me get a refund for the missing items.

Complaint marked as Resolved I escalated the complaint to their Customer support head. They finally gave a refund of Rs.396 after 22 days, but took away the 50 Rupees I had in my Jiomart wallet; that was a cashback I received for making the first payment using Jio UPI (over Rs. 500) . Anyway, I won't be using their service anymore.

I ordered grocery as per order id:[protected]a and made a prepayment of rs.1808.80, against the invoice from my sbi credit card on[protected]. Jiomart did not deliver the oder and refunded only rs.1796.31 on[protected].31 & 4.00) instead of refunding 1808.80 rupees. Balance refund i demanded more than hundred times to customer service of jiomart. They say your service request has resolved. Same reply always. But the transaction details for refund of 102.49 rupees they are not providing and also such a refund is not reflecting on jiomart website refund list and also in the statement of my credit card.
