    I had placed an order with Jiomart phone app on Sunday, 12 September at 07:05 pm. Since then I followed up every 3 days but was told to wait as delivery was always shown "next day".
    On Monday, 20 September at 02:40 p.m. the app showed delivered but I have not received any product. I have screenshots from the app showing many complaints for delay in delivering order also.

    Since then Jiomart has not picked up my calls and I want full refund for this order.

      I placed the order on 25th of august 2021 for an amount of Rs 509.46.But jiomart cancelled the order. Till now the refund amount has not been credited to my account. After repeated mails from my side they have given an ARN number. My bank has also sent a mail but no response from Jiomart. Is JIOMART cheating people? please revert at the earliest.

        I had placed an order on 19th September and i paid Rs 315 for the same.

        After sometime when i checked the order status i saw that the order was declined by JioMart.

        Till now i have not received the refund of Rs 315

          Sir, I booked some items in Jio Mart on 12/9/2001.My oder id [protected] A, shipping id[protected]A-01. They given deliveryman date on 16/9/21.But they failed to supply product. On 17 th I contacted through there customer care. They told within 48 hours resolved your problems. But no action from their side. On 17 th they given two missed call. I called them but no answer. Then they given there site items returned.your refund arranged. you can rebook. Sir it is cheating the customer. Actually there was an offer on 11 th and 12th. So they wanted to avoide the discount price. So I request you please take further steps in this matter. So in this rebooking I have to given more money.Actually they failed to supply the offer price.

                Raised complaint through mail and call in jiomart. They asked me to wait 7 working days. 8th day I called to customer care, and they said no transactions shows with them on particular day.. So I shared the transaction ID from sodexo meal card. Within 24 hours money credited to original payment mode..

                    Please find attached the screenshot of your rotten/damaged/expired one coconut which you delivered to me yesterday. I ordered two pieces out of which you only delivered one and that too a rotten one.

                    UNHAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICES AND INFERIOR QUALITY PRODUCT!

                    It's also worth mentioning again here that you have NOT delivered 3 items on this order.

                    Still no REFUND MADE to me by JioMart. No reply back . No resolution provided as promised by September 3, 2021.

                    Called customer care, and is being told refund initiated, but not reflecting. When asked why, i am told to wait for another 7 days that is September 10, 2021

                    What is this happening with JioMart? Please let me know...

                    TODAY IS SEPTEMBER 11, 2021. COMPLAINT RAISED WITH SCREEN SHOT ON AUGUST 22, 2021, Ticket No: [protected] ARISING OUT OF Order No.:[protected]M dated August 19 2021

                    As of date, NO REFUND made OR INITIATED.

                    ALMOST GOING TO BE ONE MONTH NOW.

                    CALLED FOR HELP JIOMART CUSTOMER CARE at[protected] but to no avail.

                    None from JioMart even felt necessary to inform/contact or message me about the resolution as mentioned in their mail. Failed their deadline for their resolution by September 3rd, 2021. Very unfortunate!!

                    On Calling customer Care service of JioMart, I have been told by Ms. Mandeep Kaur that my earlier ticket numbers have been closed, but nobody informed or contacted me in spite of several followup calls/mails to JioMart by me and nobody bothered to inform me about the decision of their closing tickets without any resolution, which is arbitrary.

                    Therefore, when I explained to her in detail again about what possibly went wrong at JioMart's end, Ms. Mandeep Kaur raised another fresh complaint arising out of the above-mentioned order concerning expired coconut delivered to me and my complaint raised on August 22, 201 with screenshots.

                    The NEW COMPLAINT NUMBER she shared with me is [protected] dated September 12, 2021 and assured me it will be done this time as she verbalised understanding of the issue.

                    Today, I spoke again to the escalation team staff, Ms Shabnam, she also verbalised understanding of the issue in question and assure me that she would escalate with the concerned refund determining team and give me a call back with the resolution.

                    STILL THE REFUND HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED... WHY??

                    Arbitrarily opening complaint ticket number when called customer service of JioMart and ARBITRARILY CLOSING the ticket number WITHOUT INFORMING THE CONCERNED CUSTOMER ABOUT THE RESOLUTION...

                    Today when I called customer care service, I have been told that the ticked # [protected] dated September 12, 2021 raised by Ms. Mandeep Kaur(customer care associate JioMart) has been closed, but I was not intimated about the resolution/reason before closing the ticket and again another ticket has been raised yesterday September 14, 2021 and I have asked to wait for another 24-48 hours for the resolution from the back-end team/concern person. This kind of statement I have been hearing since August 22, 2021 when I first raised my original complaint through mail with screenshot of the damaged/expired coconut delivered to me on August 21, 2021. It is going to be one month now without any REFUND.

                    HOW FUNNY IS JIOMART!!

                    PLEASE BE AWARE OF SUCH HAPPENINGS.

                    JIOMART HAS STARTED CHEATING PEOPLE BY NOT GIVING REFUNDS OF THE DAMAGED/EXPIRED PRODUCT THAT THEY SUPPLY AFTER EXPLAINING IN DETAILS THE ISSUE WITH SCREENSHOT...!!

                    Even I got a call from number [protected] and when I picked the call, I am informed that he is calling from JioMart and when I was about to start, he disconnected the call. Tried to call back, but to no avail.

                    This they do just to SAVE THEIR SKIN just to guard ADVERSITY/cumbersome situation in future and to KEEP A RECORD THAT THE CUSTOMER IS NOT PICKING UP THE CALL .

                    Again called customer care service of JioMart TODAY at around 11:57 a.m. to know that STATUS of my REFUND.
                    I have been told by customer care associate, Rahul, that again he has raised another flag/complaint from his end SHARING my screenshot WITH IT of the damaged/expired coconut from my original complaint raised on August 22, 2021.
                    The ticked/docket numbers raised on 12th september by Ms. Mandeep Kaur and subsequently on September 14, 2021 by Ms. Shabnam were ARBITRARILY CLOSED by the BACK-END team WITHOUT intimating or informing the CONCERNED customer about the resolution they have determined. If REFUND process has been initiated, WHY SMS was not sent to the customer INTIMATING him about it and SEE OR MADE SURE IF the AMOUNT HAS BEEN CREDITED to the BONA FIDE customer's account / wallet BEFORE CLOSING the ticket. These things also proves there is NONE TO MONITOR THE CALL OR ISSUE AS THEY CLAIM.
                    NOT at all ACCEPTABLE ...
                    THIS PROVES HOW IRRESPONSIBLE JIOMART IS !!

                      I had ordered 4 kurtas from JioMart in a single order with theier filter 'AVAILABLE' . They very conveniently broke it into 3, 2 having 1 kurta each and the 3rd one having 2. 1 was delivered, 1 cancelled without giving any reason and from the 3rd having 2 kurtas, 1 was again cancelled. NOW THE 1 SENT TO ME WAS PRICED AT 199/- ON THEIR WEBSITE ( SCREENSHOT WITH ME & ALSO SENT TO THEM TWICE) BUT THE INVOICE READ 333/-
                      Obviously trying to CHEAT. I refused to pay the hiked price and the kurta was not delivered. HAD I NOT BEEN ALERT, I WOULD HAVE PAID MORE FOR A PRODUCT COSTING LESS. 3 EMAILS WERE WRITTEN TO THEM & THEY SIMPLY REMOVED THE PRODUCT FROM THEIR WEBSITE.
                      GOD knows how many must have been CHEATED INTO PAYING MORE BY THESE TACTICS OF JIOMART; breaking the whole order into parts & invoicing more for some product as the customer only remembers the total amount payable. NOW THEY HAVE CANCELLED 2 OF MY OTHER ORDERS ALSO, EVEN AFTER SENDING THE CONFIRMATORY MESSAGE.

                        I have placed an order for Rs.1417 (pre paid)on 20-Aug-21 night through jiomart app.. next day morning seen that order was declined by themselves. Then I called customer care..they told amount will credited in 7days against declined order.Then I've recorded the same items again. After reordering last order reference vanished from app ..Ive waited for 7 days as per customer care feedback. Till date refund not credited.

                          every time i place order jio schedules delivery as per own choice and then later on cancel the order. this is causing me lots of stress n inconvenience

                          i am attaching screenshot pls see how they are cancelling my orders. and to my shock one or two two items are delivered on consecutive days. and major chunk of order is canceled my them showing reason as 'returned"

                          If they do not have grocery items they should shut down their business..? they should not display those items on App..? they must not take order for those items?

                          but every time they are taking order and then cancelling it. its a bad business practice and this grocery outlet must shut down as they are not able to deliver their basic work properly

                                Non-refund of money against failed order

                                I had tried to place an order through Jiomart app against my account registered with email id nrj.[protected]@gmail.com and phone number [protected] on 05.06.2021 through my Rbl card ending with 8997 but the order didn't get placed. Though I had received a mail from RBL bank stating a transaction of Rs.3838.97 was made on Jiomart, I didn't get any order confirmation from Jiomart. Neither was there any order details against the said transaction...

                                The complaint is against the Thripunithura store
                                The 1 liter packet of Nandini milk they delivered was broken.I ordered 10 packets of 1 liter and put it all together, Other packets are now damaged along with the damaged product, all the packets were moth all the packets of water got wet from the damaged packets, Now all the packets are damaged, this is how they always delivered, damage product, different product is delivered, then the expiration product has been delivered several times.No matter how much is said, it is being done again and again.
                                Please refund the amount of damaged product
                                We request you to take action for this as soon as possible.All supporting documents have been attached along with this application

                                  This is with regard to my latest order on Jiomart
                                  [protected]A - GROCERIES
                                  [protected]A-01
                                  I have been billed for the following 2 items but they have not been delivered.
                                  Ariel matic top load 4+2kg - Rs 875
                                  Srikrishna Paneer 200g - Rs 59.60
                                  I have not received any refund or replacement for these.
                                  I had taken up the complaint with a customer care executive by name Mr. Ashish. He said I would be receiving a complaint ID and tracking details. However none of that has been received by me. I had mailed the team as well. No response from them. They have closed all the tickets that I had raised on Jiomart App as well without any call or redressal of my issue.
                                  I urge you to look into the matter urgently.

                                    Money debited but the order declined

                                    I have ordered items from jiomart on last Thursday.The amount of Rs 231.05 (paid through google pay) was deducted from my account and the order status showed as declined.. I called to the customer care several times and not answered and also mailed to their account, no reply.

                                    So kindly refund the money back.

                                    Please solve the problem as soon as possible...

                                    I got an damaged item(clothes), I requested return request, the item never got picked up, I contacted nearly 8 times not still issue not resolved.
