I ordered few items in Jiomart that was delivered today and order number is Order[protected]A and they sent me a expired product and want to raise a consumer complaint on jiomart

The most pathetic shopping experience. On May25 2021. I had placed an order for mangoes and they arrived rotten. I called the call centre to provide me a refund which they said they have raised a request. It's been 11 days and I am yet to recv a refund to my wallet and I am calling u people evey 2 days. as i[censored] people are doing a favor. Will never ever shop or Jiomart. My customer order I'd is[protected]M

My order (order no.:[protected]A) is not delivered. I got a message from their kochi office, that they regret as my order is not delivered. They informed me that the refund will be paid within a week.
Despite repetitive followups, I haven’t received refund for my order.

Hello, I placed my order on 30th April 2021 but still my products r not yet delivered to my given address they r going on posponding the date from 3th to 4th to 5th & now on 6th may. On 30th March I placed an order via Jiomart. Order number is[protected]M
The amount was debited from my bank account but their website says transaction declined. I haven't recieved any sms /call regarding that. I tried to connect with the customer support but they are irresponsible. Please look into the matter.

During early lockdown July 2020, i have created 2 prepaid JIOMART online grocery order. Refund initiated but still now REFUND was not issued to me. I have sent enormous mail to [protected]@jiomart.com and meet store manager so many times, but all in vein. Manager directed to customer care & customer care not respond.. They just make the process round and round and harassed the people. Not only so manager just giving stupid reply for excuse that no database maintained more than 6 months...

20/03/2021 को 394 रुपये का ट्रान्जेक्शन मोबीक्वीक से जीयो मार्ट मे किया है। लेकिन ट्रान्जेक्शन फेईल हो गया है। और जीयो मार्ट मे रुपये क्रेडिट या ने जमा नहीं हुऐ हैं ।
तो प्लीज़ आप जांच करें और 394 रुपये बेंक मे या जीयो मार्ट मे जमा करें। धन्यवादजी

I ordered for Groceries for Rs.770 On March 1st 2021 and it was prepaid through Phone Pe. Order was Declined without intimation and money is not refunded yet. When called customer care it was said as Money will be refunded within 7working days. Now no money is refunded or even that order which had discrepancy is not being able to view on Jiomart mobile app My Order list. After calling again to customer care, have received a Message mentioning Complaint resolved. But money is not yet refunded. Declined order number is[protected]A

I ordered grocery as per order id:[protected]a and made a prepayment of rs.1808.80, against the invoice from my sbi credit card on[protected]. Jiomart did not deliver the oder and refunded only rs.1796.31 on[protected].31 & 4.00) instead of refunding 1808.80 rupees. Balance refund i demanded more than hundred times to customer service of jiomart. They say your service request has resolved. Same reply always. But the transaction details for refund of 102.49 rupees they are not providing and also such a refund is not reflecting on jiomart website refund list and also in the statement of my credit card.

I ordered a jacket prepaid for rs.1000/- on 25.01.21 but the order has not been delivered to me till 24.02.21 nor the amount has been refunded to my account. My order no. is[protected]W-02.

On 31st Jan 2021 I have received Order Number[protected]A &[protected]A which was returned on 3rd feb 2021. It's been 20 days i have not yet received refund of Order Number[protected]A. It has been communicated and promised by jiomart customer care that within 5 to 7 working days the amount will be credited to my jio wallet as it was a COD but my wallet is showing zero balance.

ORDER NUMBER[protected]A was returned along with the above order but no refund or return status is shown in your jiomart app.

I need proper update explaining the refund of above two orders ASAP.

This kind of service is really very disappointing from jiomart.

I have enclosed screenshots for proof and better understanding.

Even after so many emails my refund is still pending and now the customer care department stopped responding to my emails.

Ordered apples are different from the apples delivered and the package is not sealed. Its bern tampered in between. When asked to customer care i have been told since those are not available, they delivered a different low and the complaint is closed every time without a solution.

Jiomart is charging more than the mrp of the product. I mean the mrp is ₹40 while the website says ₹46.50,
is this legal??

I ordered some products online and paid the bill online. But for some unknown reason it was cancelled from Jio . I have received the refund but refund of one product is still pending.I have not received the refund of the following order .

I have placed order on jiomart 12/12/2020 then next day I received call from jio mart the guy said mam order something else this is out of stock and he said I will get refund back in two days I said ok but the thing is that i[censored] had products out of stock how come it’s added in the cart and order get placed I do online shopping for everything never happened like that. Next I got email u will get refund in 3 to 5 working days nothing received. Then I emailed to their support email I’d [protected]@jiomart.com everytime I send email they give ticket I’d and says it takes 7 working days to refund
i placed order on 12th it’s 11th January today how many days takes to jio to count 7 working days
I called customer service 3 days back one of the consultant he said plz wait 24 to 48 hrs you will get refund in wallet nothing I received today is 11tg January called again and spoke to banda he gave me another 48 hrs bloody hell it’s a harrasment by jio mart
ITS LITERALLY HARASSING
Yesterday I sent new email again and they says we have forwarded ur complaint we working on it bloody hell nothing has been resolved until now i[censored] had stuff out of stock why the hell order got placed and amount got deducted and the guy who called me I get refund back in two days it’s

already more than three weeks today I have not received any refund yet

My prepaid JioMart order Cancelled:[protected]A the next day without any reason.
