      Order never delivered and not refunding the amount paid

      I ordered from jiomart (Order id:[protected]w) on 17th aug 2020. They never delivered my order but changed the status of my order to delivered and raised an invoice. When i raised a complaint on [protected]@jiomart.com, they refunded only 120 inr on 26th aug 2020 for the missing items. I raised a complaint again on [protected]@jiomart.com for the remaining amount but they never responded. Then, i raised a complaint on twitter, for which they sent me...

      Ordered on 15th, august it was never dispatched but received delivered message, i contacted the number of the agent provided in delivery message and he said that he was never given the package to deliver, since then i called their customer service many times and raised complaints, they said there was some issues with the app and money will be refunded. It's been almost a month now and i haven't received the refund. Really bad service

        Had booked a COD order on 26th August 2020
        received on 28th August 2020,
        did not receive
        12 - 1 litre tetrapck amul milk
        2 - 500 gms each amul butter
        2 Curd- 400 gms each
        and some products received were different from what was ordered
        have been complaining for the last 10 days on twitter email and phone but no response.

          I've ordered an item on 20th august'20 and did payment from paytm wallet but order was cancelled the next day i. E. 21/08/20, and refund was to be received in 7 working days i. E. Max till 01/09/20 but i've mailed/tweeted/called multiple times and still didn't get any response.

            I booked order no.[protected]A of Rs. 1965.71 on 4 August 2020 on JioMart. Mobile numbed [protected]. Advance Payment was done by credit card.


            The order is showing delivered on 08 August 2020.

            But, in actual, not a single item from the order was delivered. There is no possibility of delivery because they use OTP for delivery and no OTP was received on my number and no call for Delivery was received on my number also. SMS of delivery also didn't came in my mobile.

            When I called their Customer Care number [protected] on 10 August 2020, they said that the order has been marked delivered due to technical problem in their system and will be delivered in 02 more days. After that, I have reminded them every 02 days, but they shamelessly repeat 02 more days. I have reminded them at least 10 times by phone / email. They dont refund the payment also.

            If they don't deliver my order, I will definitely go to Consumer Forum.

                Placed order on 10th August 2020 but order got partially cancelled and refund also received partially. Further they cancelled my balance order on 14th August 2020 but when I checked the status it is showing as delivered. As no help was received from toll free number I visited the local store on 19th August 202 to raise the query. The team explained that they were following the process of cancellation and the status will show as delivered but the refund would be settled within 15 days but till date there is no response. Several mailer were sent but only complain confirmation reply mail comes but no action on the same. Several times the local team were also called but same response.This type of service was not expected from a reputed organisation. Please help to resolve the issue.

                  This is regarding online Order of grocery from JioMart Application.

                  I have received my Order[protected]A-01 on 18th Aug 2020, when i checked the order I noticed that I have received only 1 qty of combo SAFFOLA ACTIVE OIL 5L PET & Dawaat Rozana Gold Basmati Rice 5kg.

                  I have ordered 2 qty of the combo pack of Saffola Active Oil 5L Pet & DAAWAT ROZANA GOLD BASMATI RICE 5KG PP.

                  I have received only 1 qty combo of Saffola Active oil 5L & Daawat Rozana Rice 5KG.

                  Request you to kindly refund my money on an urgent basis.

                  I have complained to JioMart Customer care more than 7 times on Email and more than 4 times over Phone Call.

                  Still they have not refunded my money of Rs. 799 for the product which they have not delivered.

                  There is no response from the Customer Support team, so I request you to intervene in this case any provide refund of my money.

                    Sir, I ordered some products worth 490/- on jiomart on Aug 1, 2020, the status shows that products are delivered on Aug 3, but I did not received any products.Continuosly raising complaints to jio customer care but no response from the team.Its been 36 days since I ordered and I'm still waiting for the refund.Kindly please address my issue as soon as possible sir.Thank you.

                      I am oreder to Jio mart as on 1.09.20 some urgent requirments available money basis. as say that in jio mart deliver date is 03.09.20. 3 rd of sep 2020 till evening not received the matirials. but jio mart website order page display is 4 th sep 20 will be delivere. so i wait for next day,
                      next day 4th sep 20 not come to order, so i check to jio website, site says is your order already 3 rd of sep delivered.

                      order not recieved but delivered display related quarry raise to mail to csjiomart.com but automatic reply only recieved.

                      how is possible. in this big company cheat to all

                        I placed order number[protected]A. The order was executed on 31st Aug, 2020. The grocery worth Rs. 5830 was delivered in 5 sealed packets at my residence.
                        There was no way to check the packets at the time of delivery therefore I made full payment in cash.
                        On opening the packets, I noticed that 7 items were not delivered. The value of this works out to around Rs. 1700/-
                        I immediately brought this to the notice of the company on their phone as well as at [protected]@jiomart.com
                        It seems they do not even read the complaint and give standard replies that are completely irrelevant to the subject.
                        They initially assured that the amount would be refunded but there is no sign of amount being refunded. I kept following with them over phone but they keep making false promises.

                          In the above order these items namely lemon rs.17.34/- + pomegranate rs.99/- + string beans rs 14.94/- + dates impoted rs.175/- + banana yelakki rs.65/- (Bill no.6 dated 8/7/20) were not supplied to me.
                          I had lodged a complaint in this regard to you. But till date neither these items nor the refund is given to me.
                          Sir pls help me to resolve this.

                            I placed an order for the first time and paid online. After the delivery date it started showing as delivered but is never delivered. Since then i'm only getting complaint numbers, and being asked to wait for 24 hours or 48 hours and then they keep on closing my complaints and do not refund my money. I feel mentally harassed by placing order with them. This is the 3rd day i've called them and there is no proper response except from apologies, technical faults, wait for 24 hours etc.

                              This was my first order with JioMart #[protected]A on 22nd Aug, which committed delivery on 24th Aug. I started complaining from 25th till 28th for non delivery and while I was talking to customer care, they INCORRECTLY UPDATED status to delivered while I didn't recieve any delivery.
                              I asked them for refund and request was not taken for refund on 28th.
                              As a common man an amount of Rs 1351/- matters a lot for my family groccery needs. JioMart has stolen my family groccery needs and it's a very big trouble for me. I need refund money to buy from my local groccery.

                                My order number is[protected]M. I have received a message from JioMart that my order is delivered but I haven't received the order yet. I tried to contact many time to Jiomart customer care but there was no response.I placed an order with prepaid on the 23rd of July but till today they have not delivered my order, I complained against this problem on jio mart and the complain number are [protected] on 4th august, [protected] on 11th August and [protected] on 23th August.Every time jio's concern team called me and said they will return money in 2 to 3 days but till today i have not received money or product.I request you sir please take my problem seriously and refund my money as soon as possible

                                  I placed the order on jiomart on 10.08.2020 and got the delivery. Delivery time was also delayed however got it. As an offer, refund of 10% amount is to be given but it has not been credited so far. Most surprisingly, no one is picking up the call on jiomart customer care number. Thereafter, I sent several mail and message on twitter enclosing the bill/invoice but no action has been taken so far. It is really poor response from such a jiomart brand of RELIANCE. Iam enclosing bill/invoice herewith.

                                    I placed the order on 20th August, 2020 and paid on the same day. First of all they have not delivered me the product till date but suddenly they changed the status to delivered! I never received any sms containing 4digit OTP and not even received the product. The status was under process till 9 am today and then I informed jio about the matter and suddenly they changed the status to delivered! They cheat me. Kindly Refund me the entire amount. plese help me regarding the issue, they have cheated me. Kindly tell them to refund me the entire money for the order[protected]A.

                                    Order ID[protected]W - They were not able to deliver me the toothpaste and till date they have not refund me the price of the same.

                                    Each time I order from JioMart they are unable to deliver one or more product and initiate the refund. Sometime they don't initiate the refund and I had to contact their customer care for the refund again.
