I had placed one prepaid order in June 2020 and 2 quantities of an item was undelivered. I lodged a complaint for Refund with a copy of Bill and encircling the items undelivered. Presuming that the Refund will come in, I placed another prepaid order in July 2020. This time also one item paid for was nor delivered to me and again I raised a complaint for Refund.
I had been vigorously following up with the Customer Service but to no avail. I then wrote to Customer Service Head, but there has been n progress in processing my Refund.
It is now 61 days since my first complaint and 49 days since my second complaint but nothing seems to be moving. Every time I write quoting the reference number allotted to me, I get a new reference number in reply.
I do not understand how a complaint is allotted several request numbers? Jio Mart is a completely mismanaged entity with untrained, inefficient, below average staff who are unable to understand what is being conveyed to them in the emails.
In my opinion it would be wise to not order anything from Jio Mart as there are other companies like D Mart, Big Basket, Grofers who are much better equipped with an efficient system to cater to the needs and address the complaints of customers.

Refunds requested for Order No.[protected]W dated[protected] and Order No.[protected]W dated[protected] which were prepaid, and items ordered were not delivered. The items delivered were also not short picked so no refund was processed. Hence eligible for Refund as expressed by Jio Mart in their terms for eligibility for claiming Refunds as items were missing.

    I've ordered few grocery items from JioMart on 11th Jul. It was expected to deliver on 12th Jul. Daily it was showing new expected delivery date. Finally I have received the product on 27 Jul but one product was missing. I have raise a compliant as well as mail but no response. Need help to get my refund of one product mug dal 1 kg. My order no is :[protected]W order date 11-Jul-2020. Very bad service from Jiomart which is not expected.

    Still my complaint did not resolve. My Jiostore service request no. is - [protected]. Not sure what is happening and why the taking such long period to solve a small refund issue.

      damaged items delivered and one item missing

      Order no.[protected]w delivered by jiomart on 17.08.2020. Wrote email same day with damaged items images and with following details,

      Many items of delivered order are "damaged" and one item is not received/delivered. Damages items pictures are attached with this email. You are requested to collect back following items and refund my money.
      Aashirwad whole wheat atta : atta packet is "torn/damage" and atta coming...

      After continuous follow up and multiple complaints, there is no response from the customer care.

        Sir,

        I have been spending hours every week to get in touch with the customer care of jiomart to inquire about the missing order/refund on the rotten vegetable delivered. Every time i manage to contact them they either cut the call or give me a new complaint number but nothing happens.

        I have emailed [protected]@jiomart.com and [protected]@jiomart.com with the proof of the missing order and rotten vegetables but they are not responding at all. Their cc numbers are very very difficult to get in touch and seek help. There is no facility to raise a complaint on the app they boast so much about nor on their home page.

        I request this form to highlight the fraudulent means jiomart is conducting business and save gullible consumers from getting cheated.

              I have purchased grocery items from jiomart website on 19/july/2020, bill#[protected]m and paid with google pay upi transaction id[protected].

              When delivering, product worth of 470/- rupees was not delivery and jiomart acknowledge that they need to refund the amount in the bill. Which i haven't received till date (22/aug/2020)

              I raise multiple complaint to their customer care center phone number, none resulting to refund of money. One of the complaint number is [protected]

                I ordered online the grocery[protected]W on august 16th at 8.21 a, m.The delivery date was promised on 18th august by prepaid amt 2404 rs..When i check the status it shows august 19th I try to call customer care it is ringing the call is not answered then I mail I don't get reply now because of their non deliver i have to go and buy the grocery to my family fruits vegetables n pulses which was stress in calling and wasting time.My question is how can you make customer suffer in food items by taking money make starve to my family you guys are taking money and cheating customer by false showing your sales and not delivering .I think a big fraud everyday your status is showing next day date and play.

                I got the reply from jio mart through sms and mail your order is cancelled and refund initiated within 3 to 12 days.My question to jio mart why you take money when you are flooded with complaints you should stop giving ad in online etc free delivery .You are still taking orders without checking the stock and taking money.You are playing with sentiments of customer during festival time. with food items how will you compensate the stress I had when you send sms after 5 days your order is cancelled .Then I think it is Jio finance company taking money and you cancel the order and update status order is cancelled. by you.I never experienced with other competitors they state no stock or notify they never take money and say cancel.

                  Dear Team,

                  On July 23rd i had placed an order Using Jio mart order Number:[protected]M which is worth of Rs.43 but they have not delivered the ordered items and i tried to approach their customer Support via email ([protected]@jiomart.com) and help line Number:[protected] for nearly 27 days to get the refund but as and when i raised a complaint with the customer support they just raising a request but not really resolved the problem so Please help me in this regard.

                  Till now i approached them nearly 15 times via email and 15 times via customer support. I Understand that they are thinking this is a small amount but if this is a case of Rs.2000 from my perspective this going to be huge right so please take necessary action.

                    Since then I am trying to reach out to jiomart cc, they are unresponsive everytime.

                    Its been 8 days I didn't get single penny yet!

                    I would request you please take some legal step against this fraud.

                      I would like to register a complaint against Jiomart subsidiary of reliance industries ltd.
                      I have placed an order on 28June, but in that order some products were missing and jiomart also accepted a refund of 231 Rs. Now its 15 Aug 2020, On continuous followup, they have not refunded my money till now.
                      I request to take action against jiomart .

                        I ordered online in jiomart on 15 aug and money got deducted from my bank account. Later i noticed that order got declined, but stil not received the refund. Also jiomart is not reachable in their customer service number given in their app. Very worst service.

                            Order no[protected]m. Order date july 30.
                            In this order mysore sandal soap priced 209 was not delivered but added in the bill.. I raised the issue immediately via email. I got call from your customer care that 209 rs will be refunded for the missing item and also an email that refund for item not delivered due to stock related isssues will be given.. But till now i didn’t get it and the refund is not even initiated, even after 17 days.. I checked the website. This is disappointing for me as a regular customer of jiomart. Ever since jiomart started in chennai, i have been purchasing atleast twice a week from jiomart and this is the first time i am raising such a issue. I am getting useless emails for the last 2 weeks.. If the refund is not given by today, it’s cheating the customer..

                              Today i placed an order from jiomart android app amount billed exactly ₹5096.73 and order id[protected]a
                              The amount was deducted from my bank account but the order is not placed.
                              When i checked order status it shows order status as "declined" for no reason mentioned what so ever.
                              No response from their customer service emails nor the helpline number is reachable.

                                    I have contacted the customer care, they replied, we don't know about the store credit, hence ask me to send the mail to [protected]@jiomart.com.

                                    Continuous 5 days, they replied, refund has initiated, check your bank side.

                                    I will reply, it is store credit payment, can you check on it.

                                    Continous 5 days, they replied the same and stop replying.
