I just ordered a few items from jiomart app and made a payment of 4, 675 with order no.[protected]A but after making payment it shows that your order has been declined and no money has been credited again to my account.
Same is the thing happened with me ...plz let me know i[censored]r order got delivered or not

    I have ordered grocieries from jio mart on 23 july. My Order No is[protected]M.
    But still i have not received my order and in app it is showing that order is deleivered.
    I have complain many times by calling there customer care number but still my products are not deleivered nor i got refund..

    Jiomart service is pathetic so as there customer care.
    I am tired of calling them again and again but still my products are not deleivered nor i got refund.

      We had placed an order of Rs 1010.35. Order No:[protected]A and invoice no: [protected].
      Total order items were 9 but we got 7 items only against the complete payment. 2 items ( honey and Amul Paneer) worth Rs 240.6 is still pending.

      2 Complaints were registered at their customer care. Complaint Nos: [protected] and [protected].

      We have tried many times for either refund of the amount or delivery of the items but not actions are taken from their end and they are also not giving any solution for the same.

        Order no.[protected]w missed to deliver complimentary item 10 pieces of 3 ply face masks, tried contacting jiomart support from every possible way but didn’t receive any resolution yet
        18/07/2020 – ordered items and order id generated[protected]w
        22/07/2020 – delivered the order but 10 pieces of 3 ply face masks was missing as per invoice
        Called jiomart support and registered complaint vide ref #[protected] where i have been assured a call back from concerned team within 24 hours, which has not been done yet
        23/07/2020 – dropped an email to jiomart support and got an auto acknowledgement vide reference #00041afhde1nn42b but again no resolution or reply on top of that email
        26/07/2020 – tweeted jiomart support that i have dm them the details and to support me with the issue
        30/07/2020 – reminded jiomart support about the dm i did on 26th july.
        04/08/2020 – dropped an email to jiomart cs head keeping jiomart support in cc
        04/08/2020 – jiomart cs head responded to contact me sooner which didn’t came yet
        05/08/2020 – jiomart support responded that they will resolve at the earliest but no response yet
        09/08/2020 – jiomart support tweeted back to dm the details again which i did but no reply received
        Basically i tried reaching to jiomart via different channels, but it simply shows their no-bother attitude and several people have flooded in social media with similar complaints for their poor support rather no-support

          Worst experience jiomart i have order products on 26 of july for rupees 305 but i onley received a packet of 1 kg salt and hand sanitizer on 29 of july and after raising a complaint on jiomartcare my complaint number[protected] is automatically close in 24 hour without any conversation and resolution

            I ordered on 3rd august through jiomart app. Till date single item not came but status show delivered.
            More than 100 times done call to customer care and more than 10 mail to [protected]@jiomart.com but not getting satisfactory answer. Always give diffrent excuse.

              Made one order on july 19 through sedoxo which was declined but amount was deducted.. Called multiple time on jio mart customer service and even after 20 days amount is not refunded back to sedexo meal card.. Very bad customer service
              I have made my first order in Jiomart on 2nd september 2020, till now the order not delivered. I asked for the refund but still they have not refunded my amount. I have paid 2094 RS through sodexo but I didn't received any refund. I reported the customer service several times but it was not resolved by them. Very poor customer service. They are giving the new complaint number everytime when call their customer service but there is no follow-up for the existing complaint. Feel very bad. I don't when they refund my amount.

                I ordered some 11 items from jiomart and for that I paid the amount (Rs 552/-) on 29thJuly, 2020. The items was supposed to deliver on 1st aug, 2020. On 31st July, 2020 I saw that the order was cancelled by Jiomart and the refund was not paid till now. I tried to call to jio, but jo customer care executive attended the call after 5 min waiting every time. I wrote to jio customer care, but no action has been taken till now.

                No refund has been given till now. I don't know how my complaint is marked as resolved. It's not resolved at all. Jiomart jas not refunded the amount of Rs 551 till now against my order no. 15960332599071329A paid on 29th July, 2020)

                    Delivery related issue

                    My order[protected]a now shows delivered but i did not get any delivery at all. I did not get even a message or a call from any delivery person you are looting money from common people....

                    Reference to order id[protected]W, for a order of Rs 859/- as per invoice attached, Jiomart has supplied half the products. Out of total 14 products Tata Agni 1kg for Rs 180 and Amul Butter for Rs 218 is missing amounting to total loss of Rs 398/-, They are cheating the Indian customers as the company fails to deliver and there is no one to listen to customer care calls. not even single call attended No replies to email id [protected]@jiomart.com. Very poor and pathetic customer service. Please refund my money or deliver the products.

                      I had ordered online items worth Rs.730+ from Jio Mart. They have supplied only few items and collected the full money. Whenever contacted they inform items will be supplied tomorrow and never supply.
                      These are the items for which I have paid, but not delivered. Lemon Rs.17.34/- + Pomegranate Rs.99/- + String beans Rs 14.94/- + Dates impoted Rs.175/- + Banana yelakki Rs.65/- (bill no.6 dated 8/7/20). The total price of items not delivered is thus Rs.370+. Please look into the matter and do the needful. Bill no.is attached.

                        Hi Team,

                        Today i have ordered few things in jio Mart order id[protected]A and billed ₹1, 559.18. I have paid the amount through Phonepe and the amount debited from my account but the order not placed and it's showing declined.
                        I have also attached the screenshot for your reference. I also called the helpline number but no answer.

                        I have ordered some groceries from jio mart and made the payment through phone pay app. Amount deducted from my bank account but the app declined my order..I need the groceries so I ordered 2nd time and it came.. but I did not get back the previous amount which I paid.. how can I get this? I called the customer support team but I did not get the refund till now.
                        My payment of 99rs product was deducted from my account and the order declined

                          Ordered for 2 kgs onion & 6 bananas
                          Received only 1 kg onion & 3 bananas
                          Next day, they had promised that they would send the balance. It's been 2 weeks now and they havent sent yet. Plus they are not replying on the mails

                          Had ordered goods worth 260/- and they failed to deliver and hence i asked them to refund. They refunded only 160/- and since then i'm following up with them on the same mail for 2 weeks and nothing initiated from their side.

                          I even tried to follow their escalation matrix and sent to [protected]@jiomart.com but in vain.

                          It's not the matter for some 120/- but it's the way they treat their customers... Really pathetic. Have attached the screenshot of their standard replies.

                            I had placed an order on 12th July at 5:12PM and i paid Rs 744.35 for the same.

                            After sometime when i checked the order status i saw that the order was declined by JioMart. There was an option which said "RETRY ORDER".

                            Since i needed the items i had placed the order for, i clicked on that button but then this time i had to pay again Rs 742.04 approx.

                            Till now i have not received the refund of Rs 744.35.

                            I have been complaining to their Customer Service by phone and also through email but till date my money has not been refunded. I even wrote to their nodal officer, CSHead, but even they have not able able to give me back my refund.

                            I have given them the screen shots of 1) The order that was declined by them,

                            2) My paytm passbook and

                            3) Transaction ID of paytm.

                            I also spoke to Paytm regarding this but they say that the payment to JioMart has been successful however they cannot do anything about the issue if Jiomart doesnot deliver services.

                            Even though the amount is very less but i dont want to get cheated by reliance /Jio

                            Their attitude and behaviour have been very shameful.

                            I hope you can assist me in my refund.

                                I’m really shocked to see how jiomart is charging more than the mrp of the product. I mean the mrp is ₹129 while the website says ₹151, and ₹89 charged for mrp ₹80.
                                What is this? Scam or loot?
                                False belief on jio.
                                Nobody checks each and every product and matches the mrp when you order online. Luckily my father saw that because he still doesn’t trust all these mega online e-commerce giants. But i am absolutely wrong to trust because this is completely stupid and illegal to overcharge or mention a price more than mrp

But due to security issue for the current lockdown situation, the item was not able to delivered at my door step & i have collected the items from the deliver person outside my township premises.                                     Had placed an order with the as per the images of bill attached. They didn't deliver 3 products and are not refunding the amount for the same. Have been behind them for more than 10 days know. They are scamming and looting us, shamelessly they are doing it.
