Greetings for the day.

This is to bring it to your kind notice that i have placed an order for the following products on 27th, july, 2020, from jiomart app from my mobile.

But days are passing i have not received my products which ordered in jiomart.
Moreover it is showing ordered was delivered on 30th, july, 2020.
I was shocked and called to the customer care but no one responded except visit website voice message heard.
Contacted the
[protected]@jiomart.com but no use
Kindly do the needful.

My order[protected]a now shows delivered but i did not get any delivery at all. I did not get even a message or a call from any delivery person you are looting money from common people....

Reference to order id[protected]W, for a order of Rs 859/- as per invoice attached, Jiomart has supplied half the products. Out of total 14 products Tata Agni 1kg for Rs 180 and Amul Butter for Rs 218 is missing amounting to total loss of Rs 398/-, They are cheating the Indian customers as the company fails to deliver and there is no one to listen to customer care calls. not even single call attended No replies to email id [protected]@jiomart.com. Very poor and pathetic customer service. Please refund my money or deliver the products.

I had ordered online items worth Rs.730+ from Jio Mart. They have supplied only few items and collected the full money. Whenever contacted they inform items will be supplied tomorrow and never supply.
These are the items for which I have paid, but not delivered. Lemon Rs.17.34/- + Pomegranate Rs.99/- + String beans Rs 14.94/- + Dates impoted Rs.175/- + Banana yelakki Rs.65/- (bill no.6 dated 8/7/20). The total price of items not delivered is thus Rs.370+. Please look into the matter and do the needful. Bill no.is attached.

Today i have ordered few things in jio Mart order id[protected]A and billed ₹1, 559.18. I have paid the amount through Phonepe and the amount debited from my account but the order not placed and it's showing declined.
I have also attached the screenshot for your reference. I also called the helpline number but no answer....

Next day, they had promised that they would send the balance. It's been 2 weeks now and they havent sent yet. Plus they are not replying on the mails

Had ordered goods worth 260/- and they failed to deliver and hence i asked them to refund. They refunded only 160/- and since then i'm following up with them on the same mail for 2 weeks and nothing initiated from their side.

I even tried to follow their escalation matrix and sent to [protected]@jiomart.com but in vain.

It's not the matter for some 120/- but it's the way they treat their customers... Really pathetic. Have attached the screenshot of their standard replies.

I had placed an order on 12th July at 5:12PM and i paid Rs 744.35 for the same.

After sometime when i checked the order status i saw that the order was declined by JioMart. There was an option which said "RETRY ORDER".

Since i needed the items i had placed the order for, i clicked on that button but then this time i had to pay again Rs 742.04 approx.

Till now i have not received the refund of Rs 744.35.

I have been complaining to their Customer Service by phone and also through email but till date my money has not been refunded. I even wrote to their nodal officer, CSHead, but even they have not able able to give me back my refund.

I have given them the screen shots of 1) The order that was declined by them,

2) My paytm passbook and

3) Transaction ID of paytm.

I also spoke to Paytm regarding this but they say that the payment to JioMart has been successful however they cannot do anything about the issue if Jiomart doesnot deliver services.

Even though the amount is very less but i dont want to get cheated by reliance /Jio

Their attitude and behaviour have been very shameful.

I hope you can assist me in my refund.

It's almost more than 12 days, but not refunded

I’m really shocked to see how jiomart is charging more than the mrp of the product. I mean the mrp is ₹129 while the website says ₹151, and ₹89 charged for mrp ₹80.
What is this? Scam or loot?
False belief on jio.
Nobody checks each and every product and matches the mrp when you order online. Luckily my father saw that because he still doesn’t trust all these mega online e-commerce giants. But i am absolutely wrong to trust because this is completely stupid and illegal to overcharge or mention a price more than mrp

Refund not provided for item which was not delivered in the order.

Hi team, i have booked grocery & vegetable item from jio mart on 13th jul 2020 with the order number. But due to security issue for the current lockdown situation, the item was not able to delivered at my door step & i have collected the items from the deliver person outside my township premises. I have carried the item by 2 times through my bike to my home.in this time i don't know what happened the delivery person told he has given all...

Had placed an order with the as per the images of bill attached. They didn't deliver 3 products and are not refunding the amount for the same. Have been behind them for more than 10 days know. They are scamming and looting us, shamelessly they are doing it.

Few items of these orders order number[protected]m and[protected]m, are not delivered and even amount is not refund back to my account..

I did follow up with krpuram bangalore jio mart store manager mr. Swarup, still no action is taken..
Poor customer service.. Please do necessary action and refund amount for the missing items

My first order with jiomart had against order id[protected]m, phone = [protected] was charged by jiomart. I ordered essentials like groceries.
My money from paytm was debited to jiomart but order was decline. Kindly check twitter, many customers were cheated in similar way. We tried to reach the customer care but no response. They have not given concrete reasons for declining neither have initiated a refund for many customers.. This is a serious concern.. The platform is cheating customers for long.. I am attaching my paytm transaction id for your reference.

I placed an order on 4th july to which i expected a delivery on 7th july and unfortunately i recieved call from the deliverry guy from the number +91-[protected] vut couldnt recive that, but my address was rightly mentioned and people were at home to recv the order stilll he didnt deliver that order, later when i called him he said nexyt day the same will be delivered at my address by some other delivery guy. But till date i have neither recd...

I have glad to tell you that i ordered from jiomart which is providing a new grocery delivery service under company reliance the company take money from me and the order is not delivering when i call them everytime they are asking me to wait for 24 hrs and no call received from them and i ordered few items before some day and some items are missing in that order and refund not issued by them please take needful against them and help me.

Yestarday i was trying to place a order on jiomart for groceries when i was trying to make payment the order and transaction also got failed but amount got debited from my bank account of canara bank

Recently, I made an online transaction to jiomart online site on 23/6/20 to the amount of INR 5808. But the receiver declines that he has not received complete payment from my side. They claim that they have received only INR 1050. But from my side the amount was debited and the payment has shown success. I repeatedly contacted jiomart regarding this issue. But they strongly convey that the fault is with the bank side. So, I would like to raise a dispute on this transaction. I want the bank to take necessary action regarding this concern. I kindly request you to consider my concern and do the needful.

I placed an order from jio mart website... On 4th june and delivery date was 6th june... I didn't receive ordered products... On the website of jio mart shows that order delivered... I didn't receive.. I m sharing details and screen shots.. Please initiate my refund amount because i didn't receive products

I ordered grocery from jio mart on 24th may, first it wasn't delivered but a delivered message was sent. Later when i received the items either they were wrong items or items missing, damaged and inaccurate refund was processed.

For example - no amul butter was delivered but i am charged for it. Similarly society charged was 1 kg but delivered half kg.in total i should get 721 additional refund.

Since 27th may i have called them, mailed them, tweeted about it but no one from their end has responded!!!

In every communication i have sent on email i have explained them on excel why i should get additional 721 back
