Items not delivered, but website claims to deliver

I had made a prepaid online purchase on the official jiomart website on 25th of may amounting rs 2, 518. I was provided with an order confirmation and being given a delivery date of 27th of may. Since then i have been continuing to go on the website and checking my status everyday. On th 27th the my orders section of the website never loaded for the whole day. The next time i checked i was shown the status of refund initiated of which the website showed as refund amount due as rs 1, 978 and invoice amount as rs 540. I have been emailing their customer care id everyday since and only received an automated reply. Yesterday when i checked the website again the status showed as order delivered on 2nd of june which never happened. I haven't received any call or email confirmation of any order being delivered atol. I have been an online purchaser since past 5 years but never experienced such a situation. I request you to please look into the issue.

I had ordered Hershey's Chocolate Syrup, Milano Biscuits and Cadbury cocoa powder on 24th May for Rs. 456.10. Then on 26th May I ordered other products worth Rs. 483.15. On 28th May I received my 1st order of Rs 456. which just had Hershey's chocolate SPREAD and not syrup. And this was the only product that the delivery guy came to deliver. Since it was not the product that I ordered for I sent it back with the delivery guy. Then I tried calling JioMart's Customer service but their call was constantly busy. I tried 80-90 times. Either the call used to get cut after the agent picked up or it never reached. Then I cancelled the 2nd order. Finally I was able to call the customer service agent and explained her the situation. She told me that she has raised a complaint and it would be resolved. Then I check on the site. My order was showing 'refund initiated'. Now on 1st June when I again checked it the order is now where to be found. And Also I didn't get my refund. PLEASE HELP.

Placed an order on 24th May. Got confirmation about same on email. Then on 26th May, got an update thag some item could not be delivered hence they are processing refund for those items and remaining will be delivered.
Then I saw on 28th May, that order was marked as delivered, but I never received the order. I sent an email complaint to the support email [protected]@jiomart.com and tried contacting their support number as well as mentioned...

I had ordered vegetables and fruits on 24th of may it was supposed to get delivered on 26th may 2020 per jiomart portal.
