Hi maine 6th may 2023 ko grossarry order kiya tha. Still 15 may 2023 order not received. Maine adhe se upar saman bahar se le liya hai. Ab mera payment bhi refund nahi kar rahe hai na order delivered kar rahe hai.
Fraud company hai .

Jiomart team send products and in all groceries phenyl is mixed . My all products got adulterated and I have soend 1200/- approx on that products and now they are not providing me the resolution and they have crossed their time also.

I have ordered a BOAT speaker and it’s delivered on last Sunday, but while testing its not working and not delivering proper sound effect, lot of noises like FM radio .
I have initiated return request on the same day, but they are rejected my return request.

Please understand the customer situation. ordered new product via jiomart and it’s not working if he initiated return request rejected due to the silly reason .

Total disappointment on jio Mart and there services.

Please help me to get rerun product .

I ordered vegetables and fruits on 4th may 2023 Rs.931, showing that jio mart app delivery on 6th may but still the time on date not received any item more than 12 days crossed, and I am already complaint to them but they responding phone calls and updated raising complaint only and no more response would not come today also I call them to cancel and refund my order to said but they are not accepting they said...

I have order water purifier on jiomart last month and it was delivered in last month itself, i also paid for installation at the time of order placement and so dar there is zero support, they are disconnecting calls, closing mail tickets raised, no reply on chat and not able to log complaint on website, there is no option to return the order as well. Around ~16k of my hard earned money is at play here. I don’t know where else to go so raising complaint here.

I ordered an electronic item from jiomart on 2nd May. The estimated delivery date was on 6th May. Till now I haven't received the product. The order delivery status is changing day by day. I raised many complaints by 7th May onwards.I'm calling the customer care everyday and asking for order status. They are saying they can't give a confirmation on the order date. They are not giving any reason for the delay. They are saying that they don't have functionality to know where the order has reached. No action has been taken till now.
They are not sure about the delivery date or status. I'm really stressed, wasting my time to call the customer care to ask about the order status all the time. I haven't got any updates till now. Plse take an immediate action on this issue. No one should ever have my experience, really disappointed with Jio mart service.

Order a mobile on 7th May.
No tracking updates after day 2. Just says shipped. Customer care has no idea about where it is. Order cannot be canceled once processed.

Making my life hard literally as i'm operating without a mobile now and i'm expected to live like this for another 2 days (for now, might keep increasing it as per other complaints i've seen)

I ordered a chair for Rs.4999 on 30th April. On the website the expected delivery date was 4th May. It has not been delivered yet as of 10th May. No help from customer support. They are saying the issue is escalated to delivery team but no one contacted me. This looks like a fraud. They are cheating people's money through their bogus e-commerce platform
