I have booked ticket from UPSRTC website on 19.06.2020(booking date) for journey date 19.07.2020 And later on ticket no 14879392 was cancelled on account of COVID 19. I have recieved cancellation voucher on mail. Since then its been more than 3 months still till date i didn't recieved any refund from the cooperation in my account. I tried to contact UPSRTC on helpline numbers but no response is given never they recieved the call. Next i mailed several times on online support mail id they replied that the amount will be credited in 7 working day, after lapse of seven working days i remailed again then replied with contact Paytm. I tried to contact but all in vain.
