Dear Sir/Madam,

I am JK General Store, located at 221/2 Pratappur Sarsai, Kanpur Nagar (209305). I am regularly dealing in your products and supporting your brand at my outlet.

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding irregular product supply and non-installation of visi cooler at my shop. Despite repeated follow-ups with your sales representative, I am neither receiving proper stock supply nor any update on the cooler installation.

Due to this, my business is getting negatively affected, and I am unable to meet customer demand, especially during the peak season. This is causing loss of sales as well as impacting your brand visibility at my outlet.

I am ready to fulfill all company requirements, including maintaining stock levels, achieving sales targets, and complying with display norms. However, the lack of response and support from your side is unacceptable.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities and register a formal complaint through appropriate consumer grievance platforms.

Kindly treat this as urgent and ensure:

1. Regular and timely product supply
2. Immediate installation of visi cooler
