We are the residents of Alsafa colony Sopore sub division 1st we are requesting the authorities that we are without electricity from 23rd of january 2017 & the PDD dept are totally silent regarding this matter and they also receive transformer carriage charges from us they also install it thrice but it damages within one hour all times. The line manes are not giving any attention at all
